The materials so collected are washed with water and ground and are treated to have a moisture amount of 60-80% and are inputted into a heat treatment apparatus and are heated up to 80- 15O0C, and a lump of dolomite of 10~30cm in its size and a lump of quicklime of 10~30weight% are inputted, and salt of 5~10weight% is added and treated through a hydrolysis and then an oxidation and calcification at 100~200°C in a range of 60-120 minutes. Bad smell, heavy metals, harmful components and salts are decomposed and changed to an alkali calcium and is mixed with the first process products.
Advantageous Effects
[5] In the present invention, a first additive made by processing earthworms, a second additive made by mixing corn grain powder, bone powder, fish powder, vegetable, trees and plants, herbs, and fruits, and a third additive made by mixing cnidium officinale, perennial artemisia, anti-cancer mushrooms, and schizandra chinensis ball are mixed with a first treatment material that is made in such a manner that various organic wastes are oxidized and calcificated in a lump of dolomite, and bad smell, heavy metals, salts and various harmful components are decomposed, and are changed to alkali calcium. So, it is possible to manufacture the fodder having all the necessary nutrition good to the growth of livestock.
[6] In particular, the perennial artemisia used in the present invention is a good material for preparing a fodder since it consists of 81.7% of moisture, 55mg% of phosphorus, 0.4% of sugar, 15mg% of iron, 5.2% of protein, 780mg% of vitamin A, 3.7% of fiber, 0.15mg% of vitamin Bl, 0.8% of fat, 0.28mg% of vitamin B2, 2.0% of ash, 75mg% of vitamin C, 93mg% of calcium and 45mg% of niacin. It is able to activate a liver
function of livestock and poultry. The toxics can be removed from their body, and it is possible to reduce fatigue with the help of a liver cleaning function for thereby strengthening the health of livestock and poultry. Their defecation actions can be activated, so the livestock and poultry health can be enhanced. The anti-cancer function can be obtained by using an anti-cancer mushroom. The cancers can be inhibited based on the anti-tumor activation and its transfer with the help of basid- iomycetes. Since the kinds of mushrooms are various like phellinuslinteus, lentinus ededes, schizophyllum, coriolus versicolor, agaricus blazimurill, etc. It is possible to select a desire function from different mushrooms.
[7] Schizandra chinensis has five tastes, namely sweet taste, bitter taste, vinegary taste, salty taste and hot taste. Among the above tastes, the vinegary taste is strongest. It contains the components of shisandrins, gomisin, citral, apple acid, citric acid or something for thereby making the hearts strong and enhancing immunity, and healthy livestock can be raised by enhancing a breathing function along with the above advantages.
[8] Cnidium officinale has coumarin mannitol in its whole bodies and has 1-2% of refined oil in its roots, which helps recovering the problems in a central neuron system, and the circulation of blood is enhanced, and a blood generation operation is activated, and an extravasated blood is recovered, and a wound recovery ability is enhanced. The dolomite has a lot of calcium components in an alkali form and is able to neutralize the toxics of perennial artemisia, cnidium officinale and anti-cancer mushroom, and it enhances a calcium and alkali activation.
[9] The earthworm is used for providing a high protein nutrition component. The grown area of the earthworm is changed to an organic calcium fertilizer in a combined operation of a good microorganism contained in the excrement and calcium. Namely, the grown area of the same becomes an organic fertilizer while helping an environment friendly farming.
[10] Here, there are many kinds of earthworms, but a red earthworm is preferred.
[11] The earthworm lives under various environments and eats organic materials, which are treated through a decompression step.
[12] In the nature state, the earthworm lays eggs in March or April and grows up to adults in August and September and die in winter. In the daytimes, the earthworm lives under the soil, and in the nighttimes, the earthworm eats fallen leaves or rotting organic substances or sucks the same into the hole while the half of its body being exposed above the ground.
[13] The earthworm eats soil from the bottom of the hole with its head being upside down and its anus being exposed above the ground, and discharges excrement around the hole one by one. The amount of excrement reaches 20~25cm height for 3-4 days based
on its great metabolism.
[14] In one body of the earthworm, there are male and female organs at the same time, and at least two earthworms are needed for a sex. When breeding time becomes closer, a ring shaped follicle membrane is formed around a circular surface, and an egg from the genital hole of a female is attached to an inner side of the follicle membrane. In this step, when the earthworm s body pulls back, the follicle membrane slightly moves forward and passes over the fertilization pocket hole. At this time, the sperm received from another earthworm fertilizes the egg. The earthworm lays a follicle of about 7.5cm long length and about 2cm long width, and in the early spring, about 100 grown-up earthworms having about 3cm of joints are born from the follicle eggs which were born in the autumn.
[15] The earthworm eats soils with organic substances or debris or plant debris on the ground. When the earthworm eats such things, many different substances are well mixed by using a strong muscle and are transferred to a digestive organ. The digestive organ outputs a digestive liquid containing enzymes, and the eaten substances are mixed with the digestive liquid. Here, the digestive liquid helps extracting amino acid and sugar substances and other organic molecules from the eaten substances. The organic molecules so obtained are absorbed by means of the membranes of internal organ and are used as an energy resource or a cell synthesis substance. The grown-up adult earthworms are collected and are treated in the vapor treatment chamber and are dried in the heat drying chamber and are ground by means of the grinding machine, and are used as a fodder additive.
[16] As shown in Figure 3, in a raising frame, a first organic waste from which the toxics are removed and a growth medium formed of a good quality yellow soil are inputted in a raising chamber 13 provided with an escape prevention wall for preventing an escape of earthworms. The raising frame includes a water supply apparatus 13a, and an open and close type shadow curtain 13b.
[17] The above raising frame is provided in the indoor space which maintains 20~30°C. In addition to the above raising frame, a plastic raising house, a wooden raising house or an open type raising house may be further provided.
[18] In the present invention, the vapor generating in the first treatment step is formed of a strong alkali component, so it is possible to purify a lot of polluted and wastewater. It can be used for preparing a liquid fertilizer. Since it is oxidized and calcificated by using the treatment apparatus of the present invention, a lot of product can be implemented in the present invention for thereby enhancing the productivity.
[19] When the excrements of the livestock who eats the fodder according to the present invention are fertilized in the soils, the microorganism naturally grows, and when it is inputted into the river or the sea, it is possible to prevent a whitening phenomenon, and
plankton naturally grows, so a lot of fishes can live under the natural environment. [20]
