Abstract
L'invention porte sur un procédé pour l'empilement multicouche semi-automatique sur un support de charge (P), en particulier une palette, d'objets devant être emballés (W) ayant des dimensions différentes, selon un agencement spatial, le procédé comprenant : la détermination assistée par ordinateur de l'ordre des objets devant être emballés (W) sur le support (P) ; la fourniture des objets séparés devant être emballés (W) dans un ordre requis à cet effet à l'aide d'un système de transport (2) ; la saisie des objets (W) devant être chargés à partir du système de transport (2) par au moins un opérateur (0) qui dépose l'objet respectif (W) en une position spatiale désirée sur l'empilement (S) qui est formé sur le support de charge (P) ; la présentation du support de charge (P) dans un dispositif du type trémie (H) qui définit une surface de travail et qui forme un support pour l'empilement (S) qui est formé sur le support de charge (P) sur quatre cotés lorsqu'il est emballé ; l'orientation du support de charge mobile à une hauteur d'approximativement une couche d'empilement au-dessous de la surface de travail à l'intérieur du dispositif du type trémie (H) ; le procédé étant caractérisé par le fait que le support de charge (P) est supporté en alternance soit par un support porteur de charge (12), soit par un dispositif de délivrance de porteur de charge (15). L'invention porte également sur un poste de travail (1) pour mettre en œuvre le procédé.
