CN2538192 (公告日 2003. 03. 05) 的实用新型专利、 公告号为 CN2783804 (公告 日 2006. 05. 31 ) 的实用新型专利、 公告号为 CN2783804 (公告日 2006. 05. 31 ) 的实用新型专利、公告号为 CNCN2855930 公告日 2007. 01. 10)的实用新型专利、 以及公开公告号为 CN1820679的发明专利申请(公开公告日 2006. 08. 23)提供 的食品容器,容器由盒盖和盒体构成,盒盖和盒体配合后可在其边缘处形成有多 重的密封结构,因此当用该容器存放和携带食物时,能有效地防止食物汤汁泄漏, 并且具有髙抗压强度可防止容器受压变形。
作为一种改进, 本申请人已获授权的公告号为 CN2581339 (公告曰 2003. 10. 22)的实用新型专利提供了一种多格式密封食品盒,盒体由多个彼此隔 离的用于放置不同种类食物的容纳部空格组成, 所述空格与盒盖构成密闭的空 腔, 能同时达到防止食物汤汁溢漏、 防止食物窜味的效果。
目前,多格式密封食品盒主要是作为套餐盒使用。销售者和消费者将不同品种的 食物, 如米饭、干的或汤汁较少的菜肴、汤类食物、酱 等调味品分别放置在盒 体各个容纳部中,盖上盒盖后携带,食用时开启盒盖后将盒体作为餐盘使用。在 使用中发现, 现有的多格式密封食品容器仍有一些不足,如: 各个容纳部之间的 密封性不佳,携带时食品盒的晃动或倾斜容易造成不同食物汤汁相互渗透;各个 容纳部的边沿靠近容器侧缘位置,在开启盒盖或将盒体作为餐盘使用时,食物汤 汁容易溢出;容纳部的容量和深度对于盛放食物是合适的,但用于盛放酱料调味 品则显得太大、 太深, 造成使用空间的浪费和食用的不便。 发明内容
本发明的目的是为克服现有技术的不足,提供一种超薄注塑多格独立密封食 品容器。
确认本 为此, 本发明提供的超薄注塑多格独立密封食品容器, 包括: 一容器体, 具 有位于容器体中间位置的中间容纳部、 围绕该中间容纳部分布的多个外围容纳 部,每个容纳部均具有底部、环绕底部并向上延伸的侧壁、环绕侧壁顶端并向上 延伸到容纳部开口边缘的内密封壁, 各容纳部开口的相对边之间由平缘相互连 接,各外围容纳部开口的外侧边向外延伸形成唇边,唇边外缘向下延伸形成外密 封壁;
一盖体,可盖合到容器体或与之分离,其具有可分别与容器体的中间容纳部 和各外围容纳部的开口对应配合的中间盖合部和多个外围盖合部,各盖合部均具 有一底部平台、以及环绕该底部平台并向上延伸的内密封壁,各盖合部的内密封 壁顶端相对边之间由平缘相互连接,各外围盖合部的内密封壁外侧边向外延伸形 成唇边, 唇边外缘向下延伸形成外密封壁; 并且
容器体的各容纳部的内密封壁和 /或盖体的各盖合部的内密封壁上设置有卡 扣部, 当盖体盖合到容器体, 其卡扣部构成可解除的锁扣。

本发明提供的超薄注塑多格独立密封食品容器, 具有以下有益效果: 食品容器具有独特的多重密封结构,不仅具有良好的静态密封性能、而且具 备良好的抗压变形、抗热变形的特性,可保证容器在各种使用状态下均能有效防 止食物汤汁和酱料调味品的泄漏。各个容纳部之间形成良好的密封,携带时不会 造成不同食物汤汁相互渗透。
食品容器形成有适于盛放不同品种食品的多个容纳部,包括适于盛放汤类食 物或酱料调味品的中间容纳部、以及可用于盛放其它类食物的外围容纳部,并且 将中间容纳部设置在容器体中央部位、而将外围容纳部围绕中间容纳部设置,容 器可方便地同时存放和携带不同品食品、并可作为餐盘使用。由于盛放汤类食物 或酱料调味品的中间容纳部设置在容器中央部位,在开启容器盖体或食用过程中 汤类食物或酱料调味品不容易溢出。
盛放酱料调味品中间容纳部设计成具有较小的容量和深度,可避免使用空间 的浪费和影响食用。
容器体的各容纳部和 /或盖体的各盖合部的内密封壁设置有卡扣部, 当盖体 扣合后可使各容纳部之间形成密封隔离,防止容器内不同类食品之间互相串味和 渗透。
容器采用薄壁的聚合物注射成型构件, 质轻、 成本低, 适于大量制造。 下面, 结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。 附图说明

本发明提供的超薄注塑多格独立密封食品容器,包括容器体和可盖合到容器 体或与之分离的盖体。食品容器包括设置在容器体中央部位的中间容纳部、围绕 中间容纳部设置的外围容纳部和多重密封结构。第一实施例和第二实施例, 中间 容纳部具有适于盛放汤类食物的结构,而第三实施例和第四实施例,中间容纳部 具有适于酱料调味品的结构。
首先参照图 1至图 10所示的第一实施例, 该食品容器包括:

使用时, 容器体 1的中间容纳部 11可用于盛放一定量的汤类食物, 外围容 纳部 12可用于盛放米饭、 以及干的或汤汁较少的菜肴。 当盖体 2盖合到容器体 1即可形成一种可方便地同时存放和携带不同种类食品的密封食品容器。具体说 明如下: 盖体 2与容器体 1配合后, 容器体 1的外密封壁 19向外顶持盖体 2的 外密封壁 27内侧面,同时外密封壁 27的凸起 28锁扣外密封壁 19的下端部,形 成外层的密封部和抗压部。盖体 2的中间盖合部 21和外围盖合部 22配合别到容 器体 1的中间容纳部 11和外围容纳部 12的开口中, 容器体 1的内密封壁 16和 盖体 2的内密封壁 24通过对应的卡扣部 161、 241相互卡扣, 由此形成内层的密 封部和抗压部。 容器体 1的各容纳部之间的平缘 17与盖体 2的各盖合部之间的 平缘 25、 以及容器体 1的唇边 18与盖体 2的唇边 26在水平面上形成中间的密 封部和抗压防脱部。 进一步的, 当平缘 17和平缘 25之间、 唇边 18与唇边 26 之间形成有结合密封部时可进一步提高密封效果,该结合密封部可以是凸沿或网 状结构,具体可参照公告号为 CN2855930 (公告日 2007. 01. 10)的实用新型专利。 因此,当盖体 2扣合到容器体 1后可形成多重密封结构,不仅具有良好的静态密 封性能,而且具备良好的抗压变形、抗热变形的特性,可保证容器在各种使用状 态下均能有效防止食物汤汁特别是汤类食物的泄漏,同时可使各容纳部之间形成 密封隔离, 防止容器内的不同类食品汤汁互相渗透、 串味。
当盖体 2从容器体 1分离后, 容器体 1可作为餐盘使用。 由于中间容纳部 11设置在容器体 1中央部位、 而外围容纳部 12围绕中间容纳部 11设置, 因此 在开启盖体 1及食用过程中汤汁不容易溢出。 上述容器体 1、 盖体 2的结构还具有以下优点: 能够将多个容器体 1、 多个 盖体 2垂直堆叠放置, 以便于包装、搬运。 并且由于容器体 1、 盖体 2分别设置 有可相互配合的堆叠嵌合部 131、 231, 因此能够将多个食品容器垂直堆叠, 便 于携带。
图 11示出超薄注塑多格独立密封食品容器的第二实施例, 其结构与第一实 施例相似, 区别在于容器体 1的中间容纳部 11、 外围容纳部 12的形状, 外围容 纳部 12的数量, 以及盖体 2的中间盖合部 21、 外围盖合部 22的形状, 外围盖 合部 22的数量。
必须说明的是, 虽然上述实施例中, 容器体 1的各外围容纳部 12的内密封 壁 16和盖体 2的各外围盖合部 22的内密封壁 24上均设置有卡扣部 161、 241, 但是这并非是限制,事实上仅在容器体 1的各外围容纳部 12的内密封壁 16设置 卡扣部 161、或仅在盖体 2的各外围盖合部 22的内密封壁 24上设置卡扣部 241, 也是可行的。
用于制造容器体 1、盖体 2的材料,可在目前公知的多种聚合物材料中选择。 优选的是可回收再利用并适于通过热注射模具成型的材料,例如聚丙烯树脂 PP。 材料中可根据需要添加各种添加剂,只要其符合容纳和包装食品的使用要求。这 些材料可以是透明的, 也可以是不透明的。用于制造容器体 1、 盖体 2的工艺和 设备也是公知。优选的,采用热注射模具成型, 以提供具有较髙的成型质量和表 面质量的薄壁制品。容器体 1、盖体 2的壁厚优选的是在 0. 5毫米至 0. 8毫米之 间, 然而根据需要, 采用更薄或更厚的壁厚也是可行的。
参照图 12至图 19所示的第三实施例, 容器体 1具有中间容纳部 31、 围绕 该中间容纳部 31分布的多个外围容纳部 32。盖体 2具有可分别与容器体 1的中 间容纳部 31和各外围容纳部 32的开口配合的中间盖合部 41和多个外围盖合部 42。 在该实施例中, 中间容纳部 31设计成口径较小和较浅的圆盘状, 以适于盛 放酱料调味品,避免使用空间的浪费和影响食用。其外围容纳部和多重密封结构 的结构和功能与第一、 二实施例相同, 不再赘述。
使用时, 容器体 1的中间容纳部 31可用于盛放一定量的酱料调味品, 以满 足食用时调味需要。 外围容纳部 32可用于盛放各类食物。 当盖体 2盖合到容器 体 1 即形成一种可方便地同时存放和携带不同种类食品和酱料调味品的密封食 品容器。同样的, 由于具有多重密封结构,可保证容器在各种使用状态下均能有 效防止食物汤汁和酱料调味品的泄漏,同时可使各容纳部之间形成密封隔离,防 止容器内的不同类食品汤汁互相渗透、 串味。 由于中间容纳部 31设置在容器体 2中央部位、而外围容纳部 32围绕中间容纳部 31设置, 因此在开启盖体 2及食 用过程中汤汁和酱料调味品不容易溢出。
图 20示出超薄注塑多格独立密封食品容器的第四实施例, 其结构与第三实 施例相似, 区别在于容器体 1的中间容纳部 31、 外围容纳部 32的形状, 外围容 纳部 32的数量, 以及盖体 2的中间盖合部 41、 外围盖合部 42的形状, 外围盖 合部 42的数量。
本发明提供的食品容器适用于但不限于作为包装、携带和存放不同种类外买 食品的容器, 作为微波加热或冷藏的食物容器和作为用餐的餐盘使用。
以上所述的实施例,并不是对本发明内容的限制。对于本领域的技术人员来 说,还可以有其它类似的变化和改进。总之, 凡在本发明的原则和构思下所作出 的修改、 替换和改变进化, 也均属于本发明保护的范围。 工业实用性
本发明超薄注塑多格独立密封食品容器,包括容器体和可盖合到容器体或与 之分离的盖体,其具有适于盛放不同品种食品的多个容纳部和多重密封结构。其 结构简单、 使用方便, 易于大批量工业化生产, 具有良好的工业实用性。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 超薄注塑多格独立密封食品容器, 其特征是: 包括一容器体, 具有位于 容器体中间位置的中间容纳部、围绕该中间容纳部分布的多个外围容纳部,每个 容纳部均具有底部、环绕底部并向上延伸的侧壁、环绕侧壁顶端并向上延伸到容 纳部开口边缘的内密封壁,各容纳部开口的相对边之间由平缘相互连接,各外围 容纳部开口的外侧边向外延伸形成唇边, 唇边外缘向下延伸形成外密封壁; 一盖体,可盖合到容器体或与之分离,其具有可分别与容器体的中间容纳部 和各外围容纳部的开口对应配合的中间盖合部和多个外围盖合部,各盖合部均具 有一底部平台、以及环绕该底部平台并向上延伸的内密封壁,各盖合部的内密封 壁顶端相对边之间由平缘相互连接,各外围盖合部的内密封壁外侧边向外延伸形 成唇边, 唇边外缘向下延伸形成外密封壁; 并且
容器体的各容纳部的内密封壁和 /或盖体的各盖合部的内密封壁上设置有卡 扣部, 当盖体盖合到容器体, 其卡扣部构成可解除的锁扣。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的超薄注塑多格独立密封食品容器, 其特征是: 所 述容器体的中间容纳部具有适于盛放一定量的汤类食物的容量和深度。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的超薄注塑多格独立密封食品容器, 其特征是: 所 述容器体的中间容纳部具有适于盛放一定量的酱料调味品的容量和深度。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的超薄注塑多格独立密封食品容器, 其特征是: 所 述容器体的中间容纳部具有相对于所述容器体的外围容纳部较小的口径和较浅 的深度。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的超薄注塑多格独立密封食品容器, 其特征是: 所 述卡扣部环绕所述容器体的各容纳部的内密封壁和 /或所述盖体的各盖合部的内 密封壁设置。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的超薄注塑多格独立密封食品容器, 其特 征是:所述容器体的外密封壁呈向外倾斜延伸, 并且当盖体盖合到容器体,所述 容器体的外密封壁下端部顶持所述盖体的外密封壁。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的超薄注塑多格独立密封食品容器, 其特征是: 所 述盖体的外密封壁具有凸起,并且当盖体盖合到容器体,该凸起可解除地锁扣所 述容器体的外密封壁下端部。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的超薄注塑多格独立密封食品容器, 其特征是: 所 述容器体的各容纳部之间的平缘与所述盖体的各盖合部之间的平缘、以及所述容 器体的唇边与所述盖体的唇边在水平面上形成中间的密封部和抗压防脱部。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的超薄注塑多格独立密封食品容器, 其特征是: 所 述盖体的各盖合部的底部平台和所述容器体的各容纳部的底部对应形成有可相 互配合的堆叠嵌合部。
10、根据权利要求 1至 9中任一项权利要求所述的超薄注塑多格独立密封食 品容器,其特征是:所述容器体和所述盖体为厚度为 0. 5至 0. 8毫米的聚合物注 射成型构件。
