Abstract

본 발명은 충전물의 비중이 일정한 게터에 관한 것으로서, 특히 케이스에 채워지는 충전물은 전체 100중량%에 대하여 합금 파우더 2~70중량%, Ti파우더 30~98중량%로 구성되되, 상기 합금 파우더는 Fe과 Si의 합금, Fe과 Al의 합금, Fe과 Mn의 합금, Zr과 Si의 합금, Zr과 Al의 합금, Zr과 Ni의 합금, Zr과 Nb의 합금, Zr과 Cu의 합금, Ti과 Al의 합금, Ti와 Mn의 합금, Ti과 Zr의 합금, Fe과 Al과 Si의 합금, Zr과 Si와 Fe의 합금, Ti과 6Al과 4V의 합금 중에서 하나 이상 선택된 것으로 구성되어, 케이스에 채워지는 충전물의 비중이 케이스의 어느 지점에서건 일정하게 유지할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 상기 케이스는 상하단이 관통되고 하단에서 내측으로 상향절곡된 절곡부가 형성되며 내외면을 관통하는 슬릿이 형성되어, 충전물이 효과적으로 잔류가스를 흡수할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 케이스로부터 누출되는 충전물의 양을 최소화시킬 수 있는 이점이 있다.
