Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Druckschlicker-Gießvorrichtung bzw. ein Verfahren zum Gießen eines Formteils, welche ausgelegt sind mittels Schlickergusses ein Formteil herzustellen, das bimodal zusammengesetzt ist aus körnigem und feuerfestem Material mit Feinanteilen (K1) mit ersten Körnungen (k1) in dem Bereich von 0,01 μm bis zu 100 μm und mit Grobanteilen (K2) mit zweiten Körnungen (k2) in dem Bereich 100 μm bis 10 mm. Nach dem Sintern des Formteils kann so ein feuerfestes Formteil auf einfache Art und Weise bereitgestellt werden. Vorrichtungsgemäß wird dazu ein in einem Druckbehälter (5) bereitgestellter Schlicker (S) mittels eines Druckmediums (G) aus dem Druckbehälter (5) durch die Auslassleitung (7) in den Gießraum (8) befördert. Dabei werden vorzugsweise eine Auslassleitung (7) so dimensioniert oder der Druck so stark gewählt, dass der Schlicker (S) mit allenfalls vernachlässigbar auf diesen einwirkenden Scherkräften durch die Auslassleitung (7) befördert wird.
