本实用新型装置能够适应现有的内燃机, 无需重新设计发动机缸体, 只是用 本装置替换现有的活塞杆, 从而有利于整个产业的发展。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种具有改进型连杆的内燃机, 该内燃机不仅输出 扭矩大, 工作效率高, 而且能耗小, 使用效果好。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的: 这种具有改进型连杆的内燃机, 包括发动 机机体、设于发动机机体上的气缸、可在气缸内移动的活塞和具有中央纵轴的连 杆, 所述连杆一端与活塞连接, 另一端部经偏心轴径通孔套置于曲轴上。
本实用新型的显著特点是由于连杆经偏心轴径通孔与曲轴连接, 因而在工作 过程中,当活塞处于做功冲程时,由于连杆的偏摆角度较一般连杆的偏摆角度大, 故可以增加发动机的扭矩和马力,但不对发动机冲程产生影响; 当活塞进入空气 压缩冲程时, 由于连杆的偏摆角度较一般连杆的偏摆角度小, 故可缩短扭矩, 由 此可以降低能耗。
此外, 本实用新型对内燃机连杆的改进, 适应几乎所有现有的引擎, 故改造 成本低, 便于推广应用。 ―

具体实施方式
本实用新型的具有改进型连杆的内燃机, 包括发动机机体 1、 设于发动机机 体 1上具有火花塞 2的气缸 3、 可在气缸 3内移动的活塞 4和具有中央纵轴 5的 连杆 6, 所述连杆 6—端与活塞 4连接, 另一端部经偏心轴径通孔 7套置于曲轴 8上。
上述发动机机体 1上包含一个或多个的气缸 3, 在每一个气缸 3中设有可各 自移动的活塞 4, 由此活塞 4经所述连杆 6推动曲轴 8运转。
上述连杆 6的偏心轴径通孔 7设于中央纵轴 5下端部的旁侧, 所述中央纵轴 及其延长线不经过偏心轴径通孔 7的中心。
在工作过程中, 当活塞 4处于做功冲程时, 如图 1所示, 由于连杆 6的偏摆 角度 A较一般连杆的偏摆角度 B大, 故可以增加发动机的扭矩和马力, 但不对 发动机冲程产生影响; 当活塞进入空气压缩冲程时, 如图 2 所示, 由于连杆 6 的偏摆角度 C较一般连杆的偏摆角度 D小, 故可缩短扭矩, 由此可以降低能耗。
上述连杆 6可被加装到几乎所有现有的内燃机中, 而无需对发动机缸体或曲 轴进行任何重新设计。连杆的改进对曲轴提供了更大的杠杆作用又不改变发动机 冲程。 举例来说, 小型福特汽车的 302立方英寸引擎, 其冲程为 3.00英寸; 而 福特汽车的 351立方英寸的引擎, 其冲程为个 3.5英寸。 或者, 小型雪佛兰车有 265或 283立方英寸引擎。 其冲程为 3.00英寸; 而 350 立方英寸引擎, 其冲程 为 3.48英寸。 本实用新型通过增加杠杆对曲轴的扭力来增加发动机的马力。 增 加杠杆对曲轴的扭力,会产生与提高发动机冲程同样的效果,但不必更改引擎座 体。 即增大引擎马力, 但对现行引擎无需任何其他的修改。

1. 一种具有改进型连杆的内燃机, 包括发动机机体、 设于发动机机体上具有火 花塞的气缸、 可在气缸内移动的活塞和具有中央纵轴的连杆, 其特征在于: 所述连杆一端与活塞连接, 另一端部经偏心轴径通孔套置于曲轴上。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的具有改进型连杆的内燃机, 其特征在于: 所述发动机 机体上包含一个或多个的气缸, 在每一个气缸中设有可各自移动的活塞, 由 此活塞经所述连杆推动曲轴运转。
3. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的具有改进型连杆的内燃机, 其特征在于: 所述连 杆的偏心轴径通孔设于中央纵轴下端部的旁侧, 所述中央纵轴及其延长线不 经过偏心轴径通孔的中心。
