Abstract

Se trata de una funda destinada para cubrir la empuñadura de una bicicleta y similares como medios higiénicos para evitar posibles contagios y/o enfermedades. Se caracteriza porque comprende un cuerpo hueco (1) ajustable al menos a una empuñadura (2) cubriendo toda su superficie exterior,, contado para ell'o con un fondo (5) que hace tope en el extremo libre de la empuñadura (2) y una embocadura con medios de fijación para inmovilizar la funda de forma estable en la citada empuñadura (2).

FUNDA HIGIÉNICA PARA EMPUÑADURAS DE BICICLETAS Y
SIMILARES OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN
La presente invención, según se expresa en el enunciado de esta memoria descriptiva, se refiere a una funda higiénica para empuñaduras de bicicletas y similares aplicable a los puños o empuñaduras del manillar de bicicletas, motos, aparatos de gimnasio y otros . El objetivo fundamental de la. invención es una funda desechable con una función higiénica o también para evitar la transmisión de gérmenes, pudiendo ser funda antifúngica, antiácaros, bactericida , antialérgica, etc. Así pues, cada vez que un usuario utilice las empuñaduras, montará sus correspondientes fundas de la invención en los puños de forma rápida y sencilla.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN En la actualidad el uso de bicicletas, aparatos de gimnasio y otros, se prevé y se exige cada vez más un cierto grado de higiene, sobre todo en aquellas zonas que pueden constituir un vehículo de transmisión de enfermedades, gérmenes, etc; como por ejemplo los puños o empuñaduras de tales aparatos y manillares de las bicicletas, e incluso el propio asiento, pero sobre todo las empuñaduras citadas, ya que en éstas el contacto se hace directamente con la piel de las manos.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN Con el fin de alcanzar los objetivos y evitar los inconvenientes mencionados en los apartados anteriores, la invención propone una funda para empuñaduras de bicicletas y similares destinada a cubrir las empuñaduras del manillar de una bicicleta, aparato de gimnasia y otros, de manera que cada vez que un usuario hace uso de la bicicleta u otro aparato acoplará sobre las empuñaduras sendas fundas para evitar posibles contagios y transmisión de enfermedades y gérmenes de otros usuarios que han utilizado previamente esa misma bicicleta o aparato.
La funda se caracteriza porque comprende un cuerpo hueco con al menos una embocadura extrema, a través de la cual se introducirá axialmente la funda en la respectiva empuñadura ajustándose perfectamente a la misma.
La funda se caracteriza también porque comprende una estructura ajustable a las empuñaduras, presentando para ello materiales con una cierta elasticidad y flexibilidad, tales como polipropileno, látex, polietileno, papel, fieltro, algodón, etc., todos ellos de diferentes gramajes y colores.
Otra característica de la invención es que la funda incorpora en el extremo opuesto a su embocadura, al menos una porción anular para limitar la introducción de la funda, porción anular que hará tope contra el extremo libre de la empuñadura.
Esa porción constituye el fondo de la funda, pudiendo ser el mismo totalmente cerrado e incluso estar formado por distintas estrechas porciones diametrales. Por último la funda se caracteriza porque su embocadura puede incorporar distintos medios para asegurar un posicionamiento estable de la funda cuando se ajusta a la respectiva empuñadura.
Tales medios pueden ser unos elementos elásticos, como gomas, cintas adherentes, una tira de cordón para ajustar, materiales adhesivos, etc.
Los medios para asegurar su posicionamiento estable pueden estar incorporados en la propia funda al fabricarse ésta mediante materiales flexibles con cierta elasticidad.
Otra posibilidad es que la funda sea aplicable a las palancas de los frenos.
Para ello la funda será más estrecha, aunque en este caso cabe la posibilidad de que la funda incorpore un cuerpo hueco para la respectiva empuñadura y otro cuerpo hueco más estrecho para la palanca del freno.
La funda de la invención puede incorporar publicidad estampada o de otro tipo. A continuación para facilitar una mejor comprensión de esta memoria descriptiva y formando parte integrante de la misma se acompañan unas figuras en las que con carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo se ha representado el objeto de la invención. DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA FORMA DE REALIZACIÓN PREFERIDA
Considerando la numeración adoptada en las figuras, la funda higiénica para empuñaduras de bicicletas y similares se determina a partir de un cuerpo hueco 1 que en una primera realización ajusta a una empuñadura 2 del manillar 3 de una bicicleta. La empuñadura podría pertenecer también a una moto, aparato de gimnasio u otros
Para ello, la funda comprende una embocadura extrema 4 por donde se introduce en la empuñadura 2 y un fondo 5 donde hace tope la funda cuando se ajusta a la empuñadura 2.
Dicho fondo 5 puede ser de estructura anular (figura 2) , cerrado completamente e incluso estar formado por estrechas porciones diametrales.
La funda puede presentar distintas realizaciones en la parte de su embocadura 4.
En una realización puede comprender un estrechamiento elástico 6 que se adaptará a una zona anular del manillar 3 adyacente al extremo interno de la empuñadura 2 (figura 1) . En otra realización la funda incorpora un corte 7 asociado a un cordón 8 guiado en un estrecho espacio anular cerrado 9, de manera que una vez colocada la funda cubriendo la empuñadura respectiva 2 se anudarán los dos ramales extremos del cordón 8 con una lazada, ajustándose así la funda por su embocadura 4 contra una zona anular del manillar 3 adyacente a la empuñadura 2 (figuras 2 y 3) .
Otra posibilidad es incorporar elementos o tiras adhesivas y/o adherentes para asegurar el posicionamiento estable de la funda.
Otra realización es una funda que incorpora el cuerpo hueco 1 adaptable a la empuñadura y un segundo cuerpo hueco 1' más estrecho para adaptarse a la palanca del freno 10. También cabría la posibilidad de incorporar una funda independiente adaptable a la palanca del freno.
Otra posibilidad mostrada en la figura 6 es que el corte 7 sirva para salvar la base de la maneta o palanca del freno 10. Otra realización consiste en una funda que se obtiene a partir de un cuerpo laminar que incorpora en bordes opuestos unas bandas adherentes 11, 11', que se monta una sobre otra para asegurar la conformación de cuerpo hueco 1. También se puede conformar ajustándose y fijándose al manillar utilizando diferentes elementos de enganche, entre los que se pueden incluir porciones adherentes .

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES 1.- FUNDA HIGIÉNICA PARA EMPUÑADURAS DE BICICLETAS
Y SIMILARES, que estando destinada para cubrir la empuñadura de una bicicleta y similares como medios higiénicos para evitar posibles contagios y/o enfermedades, se caracteriza porque comprende un cuerpo hueco (1) ajustable al menos a una empuñadura (2) cubriendo toda su superficie exterior, contado para ello con un fondo (5) que hace tope en el extremo libre de la empuñadura (2) y una embocadura (4) con medios de fijación para inmovilizar la funda de forma estable en la citada empuñadura (2) .
2.- FUNDA HIGIÉNICA PARA EMPUÑADURAS DE BICICLETAS
Y SIMILARES, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque los medios de fijación de la embocadura (4) comprende una estructura elástica (6) que se ajusta contra una zona anular del manillar (3) adyacente al extremo interno de la empuñadura (2) .
3.- FUNDA HIGIÉNICA PARA EMPUÑADURAS DE BICICLETAS Y SIMILARES, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque los medios de fijación de la embocadura (4) comprenden un cordón (8) guiado en un estrechamiento anular cerrado (9) que se interrumpe por un pequeño corte longitudinal (7) para poder introducir la funda en la empuñadura (2) .

Y SIMILARES, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque los medios de fijación de la embocadura comprenden elementos adhesivos o adherentes .
5.- FUNDA HIGIÉNICA PARA EMPUÑADURAS DE BICICLETAS
Y SIMILARES, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque incorpora un segundo estrecho cuerpo hueco (1') con su embocadura para adaptarse a la palanca (10) de los frenos .
6.- FUNDA HIGIÉNICA PARA EMPUÑADURAS DE BICICLETAS
Y SIMILARES, según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizada porque el fondo comprende una estructura anular.
7.- FUNDA HIGIÉNICA PARA EMPUÑADURAS DE BICICLETAS
Y SIMILARES, según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 5, caracterizada porque el fondo comprende una estructura totalmente cerrada.
8. - FUNDA HIGIÉNICA PARA EMPUÑADURAS DE BICICLETAS Y SIMILARES, según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 5, caracterizada porque el fondo comprende una estructura formada por al menos una estrecha porción diametral .
9.- FUNDA HIGIÉNICA PARA EMPUÑADURAS DE BICICLETAS Y SIMILARES, según la reivindicación 3, caracterizado porque el corte (7) coincide con la base de la palanca del freno (10) para salvar la misma.
10.- FUNDA HIGIÉNICA PARA EMPUÑADURAS DE BICICLETAS
Y SIMILARES, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque comprende un cuerpo hueco obtenido a partir de una pieza laminar con elementos de enganche que aseguran la conformación hueca de la funda ajustada a la empuñadura (2) .
11.- FUNDA HIGIÉNICA PARA EMPUÑADURAS DE BICICLETAS Y SIMILARES, según reivindicación 10, caracterizada porque los elementos de enganche consisten en unas bandas adherentes extremas (11, 11') que se adhieren entre sí al superponerse una sobre otra.
12. - FUNDA HIGIÉNICA PARA EMPUÑADURAS DE BICICLETAS Y SIMILARES, según la reivindicación 10, caracterizada porque los elementos de enganche de la pieza laminar se complementan con otros elementos de enganche de la empuñadura ( 2 ) .
