如图 4所示,本发明所说的针头座 10也可以独立制作,活动安装在外套 前部, 其通过后部设有的凸耳旋接于外套前部的内螺纹卡圈上, 针管座 5通 过针管座卡环 6活动安装在针头座 10通孔中,所说的针管座卡环 6紧配合安 装固定在外套前部的针头座 10内设置的卡环容腔 9中。也就是说卡环容腔 9 设置在外套前部的针头座 10内。 该针头座 10为中空通透体, 其前部外壁上 设有若干条沿轴向的凸起, 针头座后端外壁上设有的凸耳两侧对称设置, 凸 耳与外套 1前部的内螺紋卡圈的内螺纹配合,针头座 10通过凸耳旋动安装在 外套 1前部的内旋螺卡圈上,针头座 10内腔前部设有针管座 5通孔, 中部设 有针管座卡环容腔 9,其内设有针管座卡环 6,卡环容腔 9后端设有锁止锥面, 前端设有密封槽 8, 密封槽 8内活动安装密封圈 7, 针头座 10后部还设有内 圆锥接头, 内圆锥接头与外套 1上的外圆锥接头配合,护帽 13套在该针头座 10上。 图 4是一种实施例示意图, 其它描述和使用过程如图 1、 图 2、 图 3 所示相同。
如图 5所示, 外套 1前部活动安装针头座 10, 其通过后部设有的卡台连接 于外套 1前部的卡台上,针管座 5通过针管座卡环 6活动安装外套前部及针头座 通孔中, 所说的针管座卡环 6紧配合安装固定在外套前部圆柱孔和针头座 10 形成的卡环容腔 9中, 卡环容腔 9后端设有锁止锥面, 前端设有密封槽 8, 密封 槽 8内活动安装密封圈 7, 密封圈 7安装针头座内卡环容腔前部的密封槽 8中, 与外套前端面、 针管座 5及针管座卡环 6和针头座紧配合密封。 以保证针头组 件与外套 1或针头座 10密封可靠, 不漏液。 图 5是另一种实施例示意图, 所用 其它描述和使用过程如图 1、 图 2、 图 3所示相同。 如图 6所示, 本发明针管座 5设有中心通孔 5-1, 针管 4粘接固定在针 管座 5为中心通孔 5-1内。 针管座 5是一个变截面圆柱体, 中部较粗。 针管 座 5中部的前端面上设有尖状凸起的密封环 5-2, 其与密封圈 7接触配合, 密封效果好。 针管座 5中部的后端面上设有凸锥面 5-3, 其与针管座卡环 6 的弹性阻尼爪配合。 针管座 5后部设有一凸出的卡合圆柱 5-4, 其与芯杆 2 的卡合空腔配合。 芯杆 2前部穿过活塞 3, 其突出部分与针管座卡环的弹性 阻尼爪相配合, 并设有与针管座卡合圆柱 5-4相配合、 形状相一致的卡合空 腔 2-1。 本发明芯杆前部突出部分的卡合空腔内壁上轴向设有若干条卡合凸 起, 并设有一个或多个侧向贯穿卡合空腔壁体的通孔。
如图 7所示, 本发明针管座卡环 6为中心通孔的圆柱体, 针管座卡环 6 外型与卡环容腔 9形状一致, 紧配合安装固定在卡环容腔 9中。 针管座卡环 6前端设有凹弧面 6-1, 凹弧面 6-1与密封圈 7、 针管座等配合实现密封, 防 止液体外露。针管座卡环 6后部设有卡合锥面 6-4,卡合锥面 6-4与外固定件 的上的锁止锥面相互配合, 使针管座卡环 7安装固定在外固定件针头座的针 管座卡环容腔 9内, 不能前移也不能后移。 针管座卡环 6中部设有两个或若 干个弹性阻尼爪 6-2, 弹性阻尼爪 6-2呈扁平状, 承推面一端向内侧倾斜, 承 推面与针管座 5设有的凸锥面 5-3接触配合。 弹性阻尼爪 6-2的尾端与针管 座卡环 6的壁体连成一体, 弹性阻尼爪 6-2的承推面抵靠在针管座 5的凸锥 面 5-3上, 可锁定针管座 5, 阻止其后移。 针管座卡环 6的壁体上设有与弹 性阻尼爪 6-2相对应的回复腔 6-3,回复腔 6-3在针管座卡环 6和外固定件针 头座内壁之间。 当弹性阻尼爪 6-2被芯杆 2前部的突出部分撑开时, 弹性阻 尼爪 6-2可回复至回复腔 6-3内, 解除对针管座 5的锁定。
如图 1、 图 4所示, 芯杆 2前部穿过活塞 3, 芯杆 2前部突出部分为圆柱 体, 其内设有卡合空腔 2-1, 卡合空腔 2-1内壁上轴向设有若干条卡合凸起 2-2, 并设有一个或多个侧向贯穿卡合空腔壁体的通孔 2-3。 卡合空腔 2-1及 其上的卡合凸起 2-2与针管座 5的卡合圆柱 5-4为紧配合, 卡合空腔 2-1前 端凹弧面与针管座 5的凸锥面 5-3配合。 注射时, 在卡合圆柱 5-4与卡合空 腔 2-1卡合的过程中, 卡合空腔 2-1内的液体可通过通孔 2-3排出, 注射完 毕, 针管座 5上的卡合圆柱 5-4卡合在卡合空腔 2-1 内, 紧配合固定, 回拉 芯杆 2,针管座 5及粘连在针管座 5上的针管 4可随之回缩至外套内。芯杆 2 上设有活塞安装固定区, 其上配有活塞 3。 芯杆 2的推板 2-4后部带有锥度, 芯杆 2上还设有定位凸台 2-5和薄弱折断区 2-6, 以便分离毁坏。
本发明外套 1后部设有芯杆锁定环容腔 12, 其内卡合安装有芯杆锁定环

如图 8所示,所述芯杆锁定环 11为两个连体或分体的半圆型环体组成的 通腔结构, 其外型与外套 1的芯杆锁定环容腔 12—致, 并紧配合安装固定。 芯杆锁定环 11上设有两个或多个向内侧倾斜弹性阻尼爪 11-1, 弹性阻尼爪 呈扁平状, 弹性阻尼爪 11-1的承推面一端向内侧倾斜, 弹性阻尼爪 11-1的 尾端与芯杆锁定环的壁体连成一体, 芯杆锁定环壁体上设有与弹性阻尼爪相 对应的回复腔 11-2, 回复腔 11-2在芯杆锁定环 11和外套 1之间。
芯杆锁定环前端内腔设有凹锥面 11-3, 凹锥面 11-3与芯杆 2的推板 2-4 后部锥度一致。芯杆锁定环 11后部设有导向孔, 对芯杆有轴向定向作用。芯 杆锁定环前部外壁设有止退凸台 11-4, 止退凸台 11-4与芯杆锁定环容腔 12 前设有的止退凸台相互配合, 安装固定芯杆锁定环 11, 阻止其后移。 回拉芯 杆 2, 其上的定位凸台 2-5越过芯杆锁定环 11上的弹性阻尼爪 11-1, 弹性阻 尼爪 11-1的承推面下端可触靠在芯杆 2的定位凸台 2-5上,锁定芯杆并阻止 芯杆前移。
芯杆锁定环 11的两个半圆型结构合组时相对应的接合面 11-5上设有相 互卡合的卡合凸起和卡合凹槽。
本发明使用过程是这样的: 注射完毕后, 芯杆的前端圆柱体突出部分撑 开抵靠在针管座凸锥面上的针管座卡环弹性阻尼爪, 解除弹性阻尼爪施加给 针管座上的阻止其后移的力, 针管座上的卡合圆柱紧配合卡合在芯杆的卡合 空腔内, 如图 2所示。 回拉芯杆, 针管座及粘接固定在针管座上的针管可完 全回缩至外套的内腔内, 回拉芯杆至外套后端的芯杆锁定环位置, 芯杆与芯 杆锁定环配合, 芯杆不能再前移和后退, 如图 3所示。 从芯杆的薄弱折断区 处折断芯杆, 一次注射后即可实现自毁, 实现真正的一次性使用。 本发明构 造合理, 使用方便、 稳定, 安全性能好, 一次注射后即可实现自毁, 自毁功 能可靠。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1 . 一种安全注射器, 其包括外套、 活塞、 芯杆、 针头组件、 护帽, 外套 为中空结构, 后部安装有芯杆锁定环, 前部设有针头座, 针头座内活动安装 针头组件, 活塞安装固定在芯杆前部, 可在外套内腔中移动, 其特征是: 针 头组件包括有针管、 针管座、 针管座卡环、 密封圈, 针管粘接固定在针管座 的针管通孔中, 针管座通过针管座卡环活动安装外套前部针头座内, 针管座 卡环紧配合安装固定在针头座的卡环容腔中, 卡环容腔前部安装与针管座及 针管座卡环配合的密封圈, 针管座卡环上设有向内倾斜的弹性阻尼爪, 弹性 阻尼爪的承推面抵靠在针管座的凸锥面上, 针管座后部设有一凸出的卡合圆 柱, 芯杆前部穿过活塞, 其突出部分与针管座卡环的弹性阻尼爪相配合, 并 设有与针管座卡合圆柱相配合、 形状相一致的卡合空腔。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的安全注射器, 其特征是: 所说的针头座活动安 装在外套前部, 其通过后部设有的凸耳旋接于外套前部的内螺紋卡圈上, 针 管座通过针管座卡环活动安装在该针头座通孔中, 所说的针管座卡环紧配合 安装固定该针头座内设置的卡环容腔中。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的安全注射器, 其特征是: 所说的针头座卡合安 装在外套前部, 其通过后部设有的内卡台连接于外套前部的卡台上, 针管座 通过针管座卡环活动安装外套前部及针头座通孔中, 所说的针管座卡环紧配 合安装固定在外套前部圆柱孔和针头座形成的卡环容腔中, 密封圈安装卡环 容腔前部, 与外套前端面、 针管座及针管座卡环和针头座紧配合密封。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的安全注射器, 其特征是: 芯杆前部突出部分的 卡合空腔内壁上轴向设有若干条卡合凸起, 并设有一个或多个侧向贯穿卡合 空腔壁体的通孔。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的安全注射器, 其特征是: 所述芯杆锁定环为两 个连体或分体的半圆型环体组成的通腔环, 其上设有两个或多个向内侧倾斜 弹性阻尼爪, 弹性阻尼爪的尾端与芯杆锁定环的壁体连成一体, 芯杆锁定环 壁体上设有与弹性阻尼爪相对应的回复腔,芯杆锁定环前端内腔设有凹锥面, 前部外壁设有止退凸台, 弹性阻尼爪的承推面与芯杆配合定位。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的安全注射器, 其特征是: 芯杆锁定环的两个半 圆型环体相对应的接合面上设有相互卡合的卡合凸起和卡合凹槽。
7. 根据权利要求 1所述的安全注射器, 其特征是: 针头座卡环容腔前端 设有密封槽, 其内安装密封圈。
8. 根据权利要求 1所述的安全注射器, 其特征是: 针管座中部的前端面 上设有尖状凸起的密封环, 其与密封圈接触配合, 针管座中部的后端面上设 有凸锥面, 其与针管座卡环的弹性阻尼爪配合。
