我们知道, 注射器是一种常用的医疗器具。 其一般包括外套、 活塞、 芯 杆、针头。现在使用的一次性注射器属于管理性概念,使用性能上并不是"一 次性",可以反复多次使用,给交叉感染留有隐患,容易引起疾病传播。另外, 注射完毕在随后的处理过程中, 由于针头大多暴露在外, 极易剌划伤医患人 员,造成新的交叉感染。发明专利 01116424. 7公开了一种安全自毁一次性使 用无菌注射器, 在针座的外壁安有弹簧,而芯杆是空心管, 在芯杆的顶端安 装活塞, 芯杆底塞与针头针座的尾部相配合。 当注射药液注射完毕后, 芯杆 底塞与针头在弹簧力的作用下次自动缩进芯杆内。 该发明专利由于针座安装 在针头垫圈上于外套内腔壁是精密配合, 很难保证产品的质量和初衷的设计 要求。 另外, 该发明专利所设计的底塞形状在注射完成后会由于其结构的设 计导致部分药液残留在注射器内。 中国专利 200520016075. 5提供了一种针 头能自动回缩的安全注射器其包含有注射针筒、筒式推杆、针座、注射针管、 O型密封圈、 压簧栓塞、 压缩弹簧、 密封胶环、 保护帽及活塞, 注射针管固 定在针座内, 注射针筒的前端设有用于固定针座与压簧栓塞的固定装置, 在 针座与压簧栓塞之间设置有能将针座与注射针管推入筒式推杆内部的压缩弹 簧;筒式推杆插置在注射针筒内,该筒式推杆的一端外侧套装所述密封胶环, 内侧固定有在针座反推力作用下可进入筒式推杆内部的活塞, 另一端延伸出 所述注射针筒, 且安装有一推端, 该推端包括有一堵盖及与筒式推杆连接的 端部, 端部与筒式推杆的一端紧配合, 且在端部设有一圆板, 在该圆板上设 有一通孔, 堵盖在与圆板的连接处为易折结构连接, 这种注射器缺点是残留 液余量多。发明专利 200610101210. 5公开了一种一次性安全注射器,所述注 射针筒的前端封固有一针座套,在所述针座套的前端固定设置有一压簧栓塞, 在该压簧栓塞与针座之间设置有一压簧, 所述针座与针座套之间通过密封圈 密封; 所述针座套为一中空柱体, 在其与所述注射针筒固定的一端往内至少 设有一个用于抵顶所述针座且在外力作用下具有可往外张开的倒钩等。 该发 明专利结构设计复杂、 成本高、 实施难度大。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服上述现有技术的不足, 提供一种构造 合理, 使用方便、 稳定, 性能可靠, 安全性能好, 一次注射后即自毁的自动 回缩安全注射器。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案是:一种自动回缩安全注射器, 其包括外套、 活塞、 芯杆、 针头组件、 护帽, 外套为中空结构, 后部安装有 芯杆锁定环, 前部设有针头座, 针头座内活动安装针头组件, 活塞安装固定 在芯杆前部, 可在外套内腔中移动, 其特征是: 针头组件包括有针管、 针管 座、 针管座卡环、 密封圈、 弹簧, 针管粘接固定在针管座的针管通孔中, 针 管座通过针管座卡环活动安装外套前部针头座内, 其中间凸台后部设有卡合 圆柱, 前部套装弹簧; 弹簧被压缩安装在针头座前部通孔中, 两端分别支撑 在针头座前端开口的支撑台和针管座凸台上端面上; 针管座卡环紧配合安装 固定在针头座的卡环容腔中, 卡环容腔前部安装与针管座及针管座卡环配合 的密封圈, 针管座卡环上设有向内倾斜的弹性阻尼爪, 弹性阻尼爪的承推面 抵靠在针管座的凸台上的下凸锥面上; 芯杆为空腔管状结构, 其前部穿过活 塞, 其突出部分与针管座卡环的弹性阻尼爪相配合, 芯杆空腔的前端活动装 有堵塞, 堵塞上设有与针管座卡合圆柱相配合、 形状相一致的卡合空腔。
本发明外套后部为芯杆锁定环容腔, 其内卡合安装有芯杆锁定环, 其前 部外壁圆周上设有带锥度的止退凸台, 外套内壁圆周上相应地设有一与其配 合的止退凸台。
所述芯杆锁定环为两个连体或分体的半圆型环体组成的通腔环, 其外型 与外套的芯杆锁定环容腔一致,其上设有两个或多个向内侧倾斜弹性阻尼爪, 弹性阻尼爪前部设有承推面,弹性阻尼爪尾端与芯杆锁定环的壁体连成一体, 芯杆锁定环壁体上设有与弹性阻尼爪相对应的回复腔,芯杆上设有锁止凸台, 弹性阻尼爪的承推面与芯杆锁止凸台配合定位。
本发明注射完毕后, 针管座的卡合圆柱嵌入堵塞的卡合腔内, 芯杆的前 端圆柱体使针管座卡环上的弹性阻尼爪向回复腔内支撑张开, 弹性阻尼爪对 针管座的固定作用被解除, 在压缩弹簧的张力作用下, 针管座连同针管、 堵 塞被自动推入芯杆的贮针空腔内; 外套后部的芯杆锁定环容腔内安装有芯杆 锁定环, 芯杆锁定环的弹性阻尼爪通过其承推面抵靠在芯杆的锁止凸台上阻 止芯杆被回拉, 芯杆与芯杆锁定环配合, 芯杆不能再前进和后退, 一次注射 后即可实现自毁, 实现真正的一次性使用,对照现有技术,本发明构造合理, 使用方便、 稳定, 安全性能好, 一次注射后即可实现自毁, 自毁功能可靠。 附图说明

具体实施方式
从图 1、图 2中可以看出,本发明一种自动回缩安全注射器,其包括外套 2、 活塞 8、 芯杆 9、 针头组件、 护帽 1, 外套 2为中空结构, 后部安装有芯杆锁定 环 12,前部设有针头座 11,针头座 11和外套 2—体结构,针头座 11内活动安装 针头组件, 活塞 8是一种良好的弹性体, 其安装固定在芯杆 9的活塞安装固定 区 9-5上, 整体位于外套 2的内腔 2-3内, 拉推芯杆完成注射液的抽吸、 注射。 从图 1、 图 2中还可以看出, 本发明针头组件包括有针管 5、 针管座 6、 针管座卡环 7、密封圈 3、弹簧 4,针管 5粘接固定在针管座 6的针管通孔中, 针管座 6通过针管座卡环 7活动安装外套前部针头座内, 其中间凸台 6-2后 部设有卡合圆柱 6-1,前部套装弹簧 4;弹簧 4被压缩安装在针头座前部通孔 中, 两端分别支撑在针头座前端开口的支撑台 2-6和针管座凸台 6-2上端面 上;针管座卡环 7紧配合安装固定在针头座的卡环容腔 2-3中,卡环容腔 2 - 3 前部安装与针管座及针管座卡环配合的密封圈 3, 针管座卡环 7上设有向内 倾斜的弹性阻尼爪 7-2, 弹性阻尼爪 7-2的承推面 7-4抵靠在针管座的凸台 6 - 2上的下凸锥面上; 芯杆 9为空腔管状结构, 其前部穿过活塞, 其突出部 分与针管座卡环的弹性阻尼爪相配合, 芯杆 9空腔的前端活动装有堵塞 10, 堵塞 10上设有与针管座卡合圆柱相配合、 形状相一致的卡合空腔 10-3。
从图 3中可以看出, 本发明外套 2和前部的针头座一体结构。 外套 2为 中空结构, 自前部至后部依次设有针头座前端开口 2-8、针管座通孔 2-5、针 管座卡环容腔 2-3、 内腔、 芯杆锁定环容腔 2-1 。 外套 2的前端开口 2- 8内 壁设有中心通孔 2-7的的弹簧支撑台 2- 6,外套针头座的针管座卡环容腔 2 - 3 前部设有密封槽 2-4, 外套 2的芯杆锁定环容腔 2-1前部内壁圆周上设有止 退凸台 2-2。 芯杆锁定环容腔 2-1其内卡合安装有芯杆锁定环 12, 其前部外 壁圆周上为带锥度的止退凸台 12-4, 与外套内壁圆周上相应的止退凸台 2-2 配合固定。
从图 1、 图 2、 图 4、 图 9、 图 10中可以看出, 芯杆 9为中心通孔的管 状结构, 芯杆上设有活塞安装区 9- 5, 活塞 8安装固定在芯杆 9的活塞安装 区 9-5内。芯杆 9的外壁上沿轴线方向依次设有环轴线方向的前端圆柱体 9-7、 密封凸台 9-6、支撑柄 9-4、锁止凸台 9-3、定位台 9-2、外卷边 9-1、空腔 9-8, 定位凸台 9-9位于芯杆 9内空腔的前端, 与芯杆 9的定位凸台 9-9配合安装 堵塞 10。 堵塞 10上设有与针管座卡合圆柱 6-1相配合、 形状相一致的卡合 空腔 10-3, 其开口朝向卡合圆柱。 堵塞 10为一端开口的圆柱体, 堵塞 10的 开口端设有卡合空腔 10-3,沿卡合空腔 10-3轴向外壁和底部设有贯穿壁体的 排液槽 10-2。 堵塞 10的后部外壁上设有定位凸台 10-1, 与芯杆 9上的定位 凸台 9-9配合安装固定堵塞 10。 图 11所示, 芯杆 9后端配合安装堵盖 11。 堵盖 11前部设有圆柱体 11-2,在堵盖冠部绕圆柱体 11-2设有环形凹槽 11-1, 环形凹槽 11-2与芯杆 9外卷边 9-1相配合。
注射终了时, 针管座 6的卡合圆柱 6-1嵌入堵塞 10的卡合空腔 10-3内, 芯杆 9的前端圆柱体 9-7使针管座卡环 7上的弹性阻尼爪 7-2向回复腔 7-3 内支撑张开, 弹性阻尼爪 7-3对针管座 6的固定作用被解除, 在压缩弹簧 4 的张力作用下, 针管座 6连同针管 5、 堵塞 10被推入芯杆 9的贮针空腔 9-8 内; 外套 2后部的芯杆锁定环容腔 2-1内安装有芯杆锁定环 12, 芯杆锁定环 12的弹性阻尼爪 12-5通过其承推面 12-4抵靠在芯杆 9的锁止凸台 9-3上阻 止芯杆 9被回拉。
从图 1、图 2、图 7中可以看出,针管座 6是一个中心通孔变截面圆柱体, 针管座 6中部圆柱凸台 6-2上套装有针管座卡环 7。 针管座 6的凸台 6-2上 前端面设有密封环 6-3, 针管座 6的圆柱凸台 6-2后端面为凸锥面,针管座 6 后部设有卡合圆柱 6-1, 注射终了, 卡合圆柱 6-1可嵌入堵塞 10的卡合空腔 10-3内。 针管座 6间隙配合贯穿外套 2前部的前端开口、 弹簧支撑孔和针管 座通孑 L
从图 8中可以看出, 本发明所述针管座卡环 7为中心通孔的圆柱体, 针管 座卡环 7外型与外套 6的针管座卡环容腔 2- 4—致, 针管座卡环 7前端设有凹弧 面 7- 5,针管座卡环后部设有凹锥面 7-1,针管座卡环设有弹性阻尼爪 7-2, 呈 扁平状, 弹性阻尼爪 7- 2的尾端与针管座卡环 7的壁体连成一体, 弹性阻尼爪 7 - 2的前端向内侧倾斜, 弹性阻尼爪 7- 2上设有承推面 7-4, 针管座卡环 7的壁 体上设有与弹性阻尼爪 7- 2相对应的贯穿壁体的回复腔 7- 3, 弹性阻尼爪 7 - 2 被撑开,可回复至回复腔 7- 3内。针管座卡环 7的承推面 7 - 4前部的内腔设有带 中心孔的收缩挡圈 7-7。
从图 1、 图 2、 图 3、 图 8中可以看出, 针管座卡环 7配合安装在外套 2的针 管座卡环容腔 2- 3内, 针管座卡环 7的弹性阻尼爪 7- 2通过承推面 7- 4抵靠在针 管座 6的凸台 6-2的凸锥面上, 以固定针管座 6。在外套 2的密封槽 2-4和针管座 6的密封环 6-3、 针管座卡环 7的凹弧面 7-5之间设有密封圈 3。 从图 5、 图 6中可以看出, 所述芯杆锁定环 12为两个连体或分体的半圆 型环体组成的通腔环, 其外型与外套的芯杆锁定环容腔 2-1—致。 芯杆锁定 环 12上设有两个或多个弹性阻尼爪 12-5, 呈扁平状, 芯杆锁定环 12的弹性 阻尼爪 12-5的尾端与芯杆锁定环 12的壁体连成一体,芯杆锁定环 12的弹性 阻尼爪 12-5的前端向内侧倾斜,芯杆锁定环 12的弹性阻尼爪 12-5上设有承 推面 12-6,芯杆锁定环 12的壁体上设有与芯杆锁定环 12的弹性阻尼爪 12 - 5 相对应的贯穿芯杆锁定环壁体的回复腔 12-7。 芯杆锁定环 12的两个半圆型 结构合组时相对应的接合面 12-1 上分别设有沿接合面的相互卡合的卡合凸 起 12-8和卡合凹槽 12-9,芯杆锁定环 12前部外壁设有止退凸台 12-4,外套 2内壁圆周上相应地设有一与其配合的止退凸台 2-2。 芯杆锁定环 12的内腔 前端设有凹锥面 12-3, 也可以凹弧面取代此凹锥面, 芯杆锁定环 12后部设 有导向孔 12-2。 注射终了时, 芯杆 9上的支撑柄 9-4位于芯杆锁定环 12的 前部, 芯杆 9的锁止凸台 9-3位于芯杆锁定环 12的弹性阻尼爪 12-5的承推 面 12-6和芯杆锁定环 12的凹锥面 12-3之间。
本发明使用时, 向前推动芯杆 9, 利用活塞 8 良好的弹性, 推动、 注射 液体, 注射完毕后, 针管座 6的卡合圆柱 6-1嵌入堵塞 10的卡合空腔 10-3 内, 芯杆 9的前端圆柱体 9-7使针管座卡环 7上的弹性阻尼爪 7-2向回复腔 7-3内支撑张开, 如图 12所示。弹性阻尼爪 7-2对针管座 6的固定作用被解 除, 在压缩弹簧 4力的作用下, 针管座 6连同针管 5、 堵塞 10被推入芯杆 9 的贮针空腔 9-8内; 注射完毕后, 芯杆 9上的支撑柄 9-4位于芯杆锁定环 12 的前部, 芯杆 9的锁止凸台 9-3位于芯杆锁定环 12的弹性阻尼爪 12-5的承 推面 12-6和芯杆锁定环 12的凹锥面 12-3之间, 芯杆锁定环 12的弹性阻尼 爪 12-5通过其承推面 12-6抵靠在芯杆 9的锁止凸台 9-3上, 阻止芯杆 9被 回拉, 如图 13所示。一次注射后即可实现自毁, 实现真正的一次性使用。本 发明构造合理, 使用方便、 稳定, 安全性能好, 一次注射后即可实现自毁, 自毁功能可靠。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种自动回缩安全注射器, 其包括外套、 活塞、 芯杆、 针头组件、 护帽, 外套为中空结构, 后部安装有芯杆锁定环, 前部设有针头座, 针头座 内活动安装针头组件, 活塞安装固定在芯杆前部, 可在外套内腔中移动, 其 特征是: 针头组件包括有针管、 针管座、 针管座卡环、 密封圈、 弹簧, 针管 粘接固定在针管座的针管通孔中, 针管座通过针管座卡环活动安装外套前部 针头座内, 其中间凸台后部设有卡合圆柱, 前部套装弹簧; 弹簧被压缩安装 在针头座前部通孔中, 两端分别支撑在针头座前端开口的支撑台和针管座凸 台上端面上; 针管座卡环紧配合安装固定在针头座的卡环容腔中, 卡环容腔 前部安装与针管座及针管座卡环配合的密封圈, 针管座卡环上设有向内倾斜 的弹性阻尼爪, 弹性阻尼爪的承推面抵靠在针管座的凸台上的下凸锥面上; 芯杆为空腔管状结构, 其前部穿过活塞, 其突出部分与针管座卡环的弹性阻 尼爪相配合, 芯杆空腔的前端活动装有堵塞, 堵塞上设有与针管座卡合圆柱 相配合、 形状相一致的卡合空腔。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的自动回缩安全注射器, 其特征是: 外套后部为 芯杆锁定环容腔, 其内卡合安装有芯杆锁定环, 其前部外壁圆周上设有带锥 度的止退凸台, 外套内壁圆周上相应地设有一与其配合的止退凸台。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的自动回缩安全注射器, 其特征是: 所述芯杆锁 定环为两个连体或分体的半圆型环体组成的通腔环, 其外型与外套的芯杆锁 定环容腔一致, 其上设有两个或多个向内侧倾斜弹性阻尼爪, 弹性阻尼爪前 部设有承推面, 弹性阻尼爪尾端与芯杆锁定环的壁体连成一体, 芯杆锁定环 壁体上设有与弹性阻尼爪相对应的回复腔, 芯杆上设有锁止凸台, 弹性阻尼 爪的承推面与芯杆锁止凸台配合定位。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的自动回缩安全注射器, 其特征是: 外套的针管 座卡环容腔前部设有密封槽。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的自动回缩安全注射器, 其特征是: 针管座中部 凸台上端面上设有尖状凸起的密封环, 其与密封圈接触配合, 针管座中部凸 台的后端面为凸锥面, 其与针管座卡环的弹性阻尼爪配合。
6.根据权利要求 1所述的自动回缩安全注射器,其特征是:针管座卡环的 承推面前部的内腔设有带中心孔的收缩挡圈。
7.根据权利要求 4所述的自动回缩安全注射器, 其特征是: 密封圈设置 在外套密封槽和针管座的密封环、 针管座卡环的凹弧面之间。
8.根据权利要求 1所述的自动回缩安全注射器, 其特征是: 堵塞的卡合 空腔, 外壁和底部设有若干条贯穿壁体的排液槽, 堵塞的后部外壁上设有定 位凸台, 其与芯杆上的定位凸台配合安装固定。
9.根据权利要求 1所述的自动回缩安全注射器, 其特征是: 堵盖前部设 有圆柱体, 在堵盖冠部绕圆柱体设有环形凹槽, 环形凹槽与芯杆外卷边相配 合。
10.根据权利要求 3所述的自动回缩安全注射器,其特征是:芯杆锁定环 的两个半圆型环体相对应的接合面上设有相互卡合的卡合凸起和卡合凹槽。
