Abstract
L'invention concerne un capteur pour gaz combustibles. La présente invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication d'un capteur de gaz LPG avec la technologie des couches épaisses planes. La présente invention concerne plus particulièrement la fabrication d'un capteur bicouche basé sur du SnO2 semi-conducteur, la composition de la première couche incluant SnO2, Pt et des métaux de terres rares et celle de la seconde couche incluant Pt, Nb et Si, la seconde couche étant enrobée par immersion sur la première. Les trois principales opérations de la fabrication du capteur sont : (i) le capteur est une structure bicouche dont la stabilité, la sensibilité et la sélectivité ont été obtenues par une seule opération en fournissant une couche supérieure par enrobage par immersion, (ii) la miniaturisation du réchauffeur de capteur, ce qui entraîne une diminution de la consommation électrique et (iii) la fourniture d'un support aux fils électriques fragiles.
