  • the dustcloth made of the hydrophobic nonwoven towel having protrusions according to the present invention generates much more static electricity than presently commercially available dustcloths made of spunlace nonwoven fabric, and thus upon cleaning of hairs, the use of the dustcloth made of the hydrophobic nonwoven towel having protrusions according to the present invention is more effective.
  • the electrostatic dustcloth according to the present invention includes a dustcloth used for wiping a sink, a washstand, pieces of furniture and so on. Upon cleaning of the sink, dirt stains are easily removed, and upon cleaning of furniture, dirt stains are easily removed and there is no damage caused to the surface of the furniture.
  • the makeup is removed from the skin mainly by the fibrous wrinkled protrusions of the nonwoven fabric, and further, upon facial cleansing after removal of the makeup, the makeup residue may be completely removed.
  • the patient s body may feel as clean as when it is bathed.
  • the nonwoven towel having protrusions according to the present invention is cut to the size of a disposable wet towel or tissue, wet with water, and then packaged, and thus used as a disposable wet towel or tissue.
  • the nonwoven towel having protrusions according to the present invention may be provided in the form of a towel roll having perforated tear lines so that it may be torn in a predetermined size, like a roll of toilet paper. In this case, a consumer may directly wet the towel with water and then may use it as a wet towel.

Abstract

L'invention concerne une serviette non-tissée comportant des éléments saillants et présentant une meilleure capacité de nettoyage et d'absorption d'eau, et étant appropriée pour être utilisée comme serviette humide, tissu humide, mouchoir, produit de démaquillage, éponge à faire la vaisselle ou chiffon à poussière électrostatique. Le tissu non-tissé absorbant constitué de fibres et ayant un denier compris entre 0,1 et 10 est perforé à la presse par des broches chauffées de sorte que le tissu non tissé ait, sur une surface, des parties saillantes fibreuses plissées hautes de 0,1 à 5 mm de façon à réduire ainsi sa densité de fibres et à former des évidements structurés par des perforations provoquées par le perçage dans son autre surface, la vitesse de perforation étant comprise entre 5 et 50 %. La partie non perforée du tissu non tissé est hérissée, ce qui réduit la densité de fibres. Cette serviette non-tissée est utilisée de manière que deux de ses couches soient comprimées par gaufrage de façon à agencer les parties saillantes vers l'extérieur, ou bien le tissu non-tissé absorbant ou le tissu en papier est pris en sandwich entre deux de ses couches et le composite à trois couches est alors comprimé par gaufrage. Cela confère à la serviette non tissée une meilleure capacité d'absorption par traitement Corona et une réduction de la charpie par le traitement par gaufrage, le gaufrage étant irrégulier.
