Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe zum Betrieb einer Brennkraftmaschine und bestehend aus einem Pumpengehäuse (1) und zwei auf diesem aufgesetzten Pumpenzylinderköpfen (2a, 2b), in welchen jeweils ein Pumpenkolben (3a, 3b) zur Verdichtung von unter Niederdruck stehendem Kraftstoff aus jeweils einem Niederdruckzulauf (6a, 6b) in jeweils einen Druckraum (8a, 8b) auf Hochdruck und zur Förderung des Kraftstoffes zu jeweils einem Hochdruckanschluss (13a, 13b) eines Hochdruckspeichers geführt ist, wobei die beiden Pumpenkolben (3 a, 3b) über eine gemeinsame polygone Ausbildung (4) einer Pumpennockenwelle (5) betreibbar sind, wobei ferner die zwei Pumpenzylinderköpfe (2a, 2b) derart auf dem Pumpengehäuse (1) befestigt sind, dass die beiden Pumpenkolben (3 a, 3b) in einem Winkel von 120° zueinander liegen.
Description
Titel: Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe zum Betrieb einer Brennkraftmaschine und bestehend aus einem Pumpengehäuse und zwei auf diesem aufgesetzten Pumpenzylinderköpfen, in welchen jeweils ein Pumpenkolben zur Verdichtung von unter Niederdruck stehendem Kraftstoff aus jeweils einem Niederdruckzulauf in jeweils einem Hochdruckraum auf Hochdruck und zur Förderung des Kraftstoff zu jeweils einem Hochdruckanschluss eines Hochdruckspeichers geführt ist, wobei die beiden Pumpenkolben über eine gemeinsame polygone Ausbildung einer Pumpennockenwelle betreibbar sind.
Stand der Technik
Aus der DE 196 35 164 Al ist bereits eine derartige Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe bekannt, die aus einem geteilten Pumpengehäuse besteht, in welchem drei geführte Pumpenkolben durch ein gemeinsames Polygon einer Pumpennockenwelle angetrieben werden. Die Pumpenkolben sind hierbei jeweils zueinander in einem Winkel von 120° angeordnet und verdichten durch die durch die Pumpennockenwelle aufgeprägte Bewegung Kraftstoff aus einem Niederdruckzulauf in jeweils oberhalb der Pumpenkolben angeordneten Druckräumen auf Hochdruck. Dieser unter
Hochdruck stehende Kraftstoff wird im Weiteren mittels Hochdruckleitungen zu einem Hochdruckspeicher gefördert. Eine derartige Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe ist bei einer Drehzahl der Pumpennockenwelle gleich der Kurbelwelle des Motors für den Betrieb einer Brennkraftmaschine mit sechs Zylindern geeignet.
Nachteilhaft am bekannten Stand der Technik ist, dass bei der Verwendung einer derartigen Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe für eine Brennkraftmaschine mit vier Zylindern, und damit aus ökonomischer Sicht mit zwei Pumpenkolben, ein anderes Pumpengehäuse verwendet wird, bei welchem die beiden Pumpenkolben gegenüberliegend um eine Pumpennockenwelle angeordnet sind. Die Verwendung eines anderen Pumpengehäuses führt allerdings zu einer Erhöhung des
Fertigungsaufwandes, da andere Fertigungswerkzeuge benutzt werden müssen, als bei dem Pumpengehäuse der Dreizylinderhochdruckkraftstoffpumpe.
Es ist daher die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, eine Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe zu
schaffen, bei welcher ein Pumpengehäuse für unterschiedliche Pumpenkolbenzahlen der Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe verwendet werden kann.
Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, dass die beiden Pumpenzylinderköpfe derart auf dem Pumpengehäuse befestigt sind, dass die beiden Pumpenkolben in einem Winkel von 120° zueinander liegen. Dadurch ist es möglich, dass Pumpengehäuse einer Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe mit drei Pumpenkolben zu verwenden und somit den Aufwand der Konstruktion und Herstellung eines eingeständigen Pumpengehäuses für eine Zweikolbenhochdruckkraftstoffpumpe einzusparen.
In Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist eine Zumesseinheit zur Versorgung der beiden Nieder druckzuläufe der Pumpenkolben in einem 120° Winkel zu beiden Pumpenkolben angeordnet. Eine Anordnung in diesem Bereich ist aufgrund des vorhandenen Bauraumes und der guten Erreichbarkeit der beiden Niederdruckzuläufe von Vorteil.
In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung der Erfindung beträgt die Antriebsdrehzahl der Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe bezüglich der Drehzahl der Brennkraftmaschine 2/3. Durch diese Maßnahme wird eine teilsynchrone Förderung der Pumpe bezüglich des Hochdruckspeichers der Brennkraftmaschine erreicht und somit deren Betrieb gewährleistet.
In Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist die Zumesseinheit in einen Niederdruckblock integriert, welcher auf das Pumpengehäuse aufgesetzt ist und auf der Aufsatzfläche über eine Ausnehmun^ verfügt, in welcher die beiden Niederdruckzuläufe in einem Winkel größer als 90° zusammenlaufen. Durch die Integration der Zumesseinheit ist eine kompaktere Anordnung möglich, während gleichzeitig durch die Ausnehmung und die Anordnung der beiden
Niederdruckzuläufe eine sichere Versorgung der Pumpenzylinderköpfe mit Kraftstoff gewährleistet wird.
In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist in dem Niederdruckblock ein Niederdruckanschluss im 90°Winkel zu der Zumesseinheit angeordnet. Vorteilhaft ist hierbei, dass auch die Kraftstoffzuführung zu der Zumesseinheit sehr kompakt an der Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe angeordnet ist.
Weitere, die Erfindung verbessernde Maßnahmen werden nachstehend gemeinsam mit der
Beschreibung eines bevorzugten Ausführangsbeispiels der Erfindung anhand einer Figur näher dargestellt.
Ausfuhrungsbeispiel
Die einzige Figur zeigt eine Schnittdarstellung der erfindungsgemäßen Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe, geschnitten in der Anordnungsebene der Pumpenkolben. Diese Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe besteht aus einem Pumpengehäuse 1, auf welchem in einem 120° Winkel zueinander die beiden Pumpenzylinderköpfe 2a und 2b angeordnet sind. In diesen beiden Pumpenzylinderköpfen 2a und 2b sind jeweils die Pumpenkolben 3a und 3b geführt, welche in der Mitte des Pumpengehäuses 1 mit einer gemeinsam polygonen Ausbildung 4 einer Pumpennockenwelle 5 in Kontakt stehen. In den Pumpenzylinderköpfen 2a und 2b werden zudem über Niederdruckzuläufe 6a und 6b die Saugventile 7a und 7b der jeweiligen Pumpenkolben 3 a und 3b mit unter Niederdruck stehendem Kraftstoff versorgt. Die Saugventile 7a und 7b befallen wiederum die oberhalb der Pumpenkolben 3 a und 3b angeordneten
Druckräume 8a und 8b mit Kraftstoff. Auf der anderen Seite sind die Niederdruckzuläufe 6a und 6b mit einer Ausnehmung 9 eines Niederdruckblocks 10 verbunden. Im Bereich der Ausnehmung 9 ist eine Zumesseinheit 11 angeordnet, welche mittels eines Nieder druckanschlusses 12 von einer nicht dargestellten Förderpumpe mit unter Niederdruck stehendem Kraftstoff versorgt wird und diesen dosiert, je nach Betriebspunkt der
Brennkraftmaschine, an die Ausnehmung 9 und damit die Niederdruckzuläufe 6a und 6b weiterleitet. Außerdem ist im Bereich der Druckräume 8a und 8b der Pumpenkolben 3 a und 3b jeweils ein Hochdruckanschluss 13a und 13b angeordnet, welche mit einem nicht dargestellten Hochdruckspeicher in Verbindung stehen.
Bei Betrieb der Brennkraftmaschine wird durch die rotatorische Bewegung der Pumpennockenwelle und der polygonen Ausbildung 4 eine translatorische Bewegung der Pumpenkolben 3 a und 3b erzeugt, was dazu führt, dass über die Niederdruckzuläufe 6a und 6b und die Saugventile 7a und 7b Kraftstoff in die Druckräume 8a und 8b gesogen wird, dort auf Hochdruck verdichtet und zu den Hochdruckanschlüssen 13a und 13b befördert wird.
Claims
1. Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe zum Betrieb einer Brennkraftmaschine und bestehend aus einem Pumpengehäuse (1) und zwei auf diesem aufgesetzten Pumpenzylinderköpfen (2a, 2b), in welchen jeweils ein Pumpenkolben (3a, 3b) zur Verdichtung von unter Niederdruck stehendem Kraftstoff aus jeweils einem Niederdruckzulauf (6a, 6b) in jeweils einem Druckraum (8a, 8b) auf Hochdruck und zur Förderung des Kraftstoffes zu jeweils einem Hochdruckanschluss (13a, 13b) eines Hochdruckspeichers geführt ist, wobei die beiden Pumpenkolben (3a, 3b) über eine gemeinsame polygone Ausbildung (4) einer Pumpennockenwelle (5) betreibbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Pumpenzylinderköpfe (2a, 2b) derart auf dem Pumpengehäuse (1) befestigt sind, dass die beiden Pumpenkolben (3 a, 3b) in einem Winkel von 120° zueinander liegen.
2. Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Zumesseinheit (11) zur Versorgung der beiden Niederdruckzuläufe (6a, 6b) in einem 120°-Winkel zu beiden Pumpenkolben (3a, 3b) angeordnet ist.
3. Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass deren Antriebsdrehzahl bezüglich der Drehzahl der Brennkraftmaschine 2/3 beträgt.

Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zumesseinheit (11) in einen Niederdruckblock (10) integriert ist, welcher auf das Pumpengehäuse (1) aufgesetzt ist und auf der Aufsatzfläche über eine Ausnehmung (9) verfügt, in welcher die beiden Niederdruckzuläufe (6a, 6b) in einem Winkel größer als 90° zusammenlaufen.
5. Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Niederdruckblock (10) ein Niederdruckanschluss (12) im 90°- Winkel zu der Zumesseinheit (11) angeordnet ist.
