Abstract

　ＨＭＷアディポネクチンのみを選択的に検出若しくは定量するための、簡便で、高精度且つ汎用性の高い測定法。本発明は、アディポネクチンの分子間結合に寄与するＳ-Ｓ結合部位又はその近傍を認識し、且つサンドイッチ免疫測定系において一次抗体及び二次抗体として使用された場合高分子アディポネクチンを特異的に認識する抗体を、一次抗体及び二次抗体として使用するサンドイッチ免疫測定系を用いた、高分子アディポネクチンを選択的に測定する方法を提供する。
