Abstract

L'invention porte sur une construction améliorée de support de revêtement hydraulique qui comprend : un vérin hydraulique (1) fixé par un boulon de carter de vérin (4) sur le filetage (17) d'un cylindre principal (15) et fixé de manière analogue sur un cylindre opérationnel (18) disposé à l'intérieur du cylindre principal (15) par un boulon qui permet d'attacher le cylindre opérationnel au support de revêtement hydraulique (13). Au-dessus du boulon de sécurité (20) est placée une échelle millimétrique (24) qui, combinée à l'échelle centimétrique (43), indique la hauteur exacte de support du support de revêtement hydraulique. Un verrou situé sur le cylindre supérieur du support de revêtement hydraulique empêche que le cylindre supérieur (40) ne sorte accidentellement du cylindre opérationnel (18). L'option autorisant l'installation de piédestaux supérieurs interchangeables (47) permet d'élever (et de soutenir) des charges de formes différentes, et des piédestaux inférieurs séparés à inclinaison réglable permettent l'installation du support de revêtement hydraulique (50) sur des surfaces inclinées et irrégulières. L'invention élimine tout risque de torsion ou de rupture du support et la fixation de l'écrou de sécurité (23) sur le bord supérieur du cylindre principal en acier (15) permet d'éviter une exposition prolongée du vérin hydraulique (1) aux effets des charges soutenues.
