Abstract

 対物光学系からの光束の光路を、回転ミラーにより通常光路Aから映像光路Bに切換え可能であるため、主術者D1は接眼部15に眼を付けたまま通常光路Aによる光学像と映像光路Bによる電子映像を切り換えて見ることができる。さらに、通常光路Aのズーム光学系10を水平に配置し、高倍光路Cをそのズーム光学系10の水平方向外側にそれぞれ形成したため、顕微鏡本体の上下寸法を短縮して広い作業空間を確保することができる。
