Abstract
本発明は、現生生物体構成物質起源の産業資源であるバイオマスの処理方法であり、バイオマスを爆砕処理して低分子化し、次いで水分等揮発性成分を除去した後、アルカリ溶融塩処理してガス化することを特徴とし、爆砕処理は、温度100~300°C、圧力1~20MPaの密閉環境下に置いて所定時間攪拌しながら圧力を浸透させた後に、圧力0.1~0.5MPaの範囲に戻すことにより爆砕させて、バイオマス原料を蒸煮による水熱反応(化学的反応)とその爆砕(物理的反応)を行わせて低分子化処理するものであり、家畜糞尿等の水分量が大きく、カーボン量のバラツキがあるようなバイオマス原料を変動に影響されることなく、その後の反応速度を速め、且つ経済的にエネルギー化できるものである。
