Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento de producción de combustibles sólidos de alta eficacia y respetuoso con el medio ambiente que usa residuos orgánicos de alto contenido en agua, y, más específicamente, se refiere a un procedimiento de producción de un combustible sólido que usa residuos orgánicos de alto contenido en agua, comprendiendo el procedimiento: (a) una etapa de mezclado de residuos en la que se introducen residuos orgánicos de alto contenido en agua y residuos municipales en un reactor basado en Fe y se mezclan; (b) una etapa de hidrólisis en la que se añade vapor a alta temperatura al reactor y se somete a presión la mezcla de residuos orgánicos y residuos municipales y a continuación se agita en el estado presurizado de manera que la mezcla se hidroliza; (c) una etapa de reducción de la presión en la que se evacua el vapor en el reactor y se reduce rápidamente la presión del interior del reactor y se deja reposar de manera que proporciona a los residuos orgánicos de la etapa (b) un bajo peso molecular o de manera que se amplía el área superficial específica de los residuos municipales de la etapa (b) y descomponiendo así los mismos; (d) una etapa de presión diferencial o de vacío en la que el reactor se sitúa bajo presión diferencial o de vacío, y se elimina el contenido en agua del producto de reacción de la etapa (c); y (e) una etapa de formación de combustible sólido en la que el producto de reacción de la etapa (d) se somete a secado natural y moldeo por compresión de manera que se produce un combustible sólido que tiene un contenido en agua de entre el 10 y el 20%.
