Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif réglable se positionnant sur n'importe quel doigt de façon à protéger sans risque de bavures le pourtour de l'ongle et pouvoir recouvrir l'ongle d'un pochoir. Pince (1) constituée par deux mâchoires (2, 3) articulées autour d'un axe (4) entouré d'un ressort (5) permettant la fermeture des mâchoires (2, 3) sur leurs butées (7). Une pression sur les extrémités (6) faisant levier permet l´écartement des mâchoires (2, 3) et donc le positionnement d'un doigt entre celles-ci. Lorsque les mâchoires (2, 3) se referment, un cache (9) à position réglable par le coulissement de gaines (10) sur les barres (8) de la mâchoire supérieure (2) possédant des repères (11), vient couvrir l'extrémité du doigt choisit en laissant apparaître l'ongle pouvant être recouvert d'un pochoir (13) positionné sous le cache (9). Le dispositif selon l'invention est particulièrement destiné à une intervention sur l'ongle comme le vernissage et la décoration.

Description

Dispositif réglable permettant de protéger le pourtour de l'ongle et de positionner un pochoir sur l'ongle.
DOMAINE TECHNIQUE :
La présente invention concerne un dispositif réglable se positionnant sur n'importe quel doigt de façon à protéger le pourtour de l'ongle et pouvoir recouvrir l'ongle d'un pochoir. Ce dispositif permet une intervention sur l'ongle comme l'application d'un vernis de façon propre, rapide, totale ou partielle selon de motifs de décoration sur pochoir. TECHNIQUE ANTERIEURE :
La protection du pourtour de l'ongle est traditionnellement résumée à essuyer les bavures ou bien à la précaution de ne pas « dépasser » de l'ongle, c'est-à-dire à l'adresse et la patience de la personne pour obtenir un résultat convenable sur les deux mains, n'éliminant pas le risque de bavures. La décoration de l'ongle est traditionnellement effectuée par des techniques d'adhésifs entre les applications de vernis et n'élimine pas les risques de bavures ou laissée à la libre expression artistique de la personne avec son pinceau, ce qui se limite aux capacités de chacun(e).
Parfois la protection du pourtour de l'ongle et la décoration de l'ongle est confiée à une tierce personne ou un(e) professionnel(le) permettant une application sans besoin d'être soi-même adroit et patient mais implique une dépendance à autrui et n'élimine toujours pas Ie risque de bavures. Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de remédier à ces inconvénients. Il existe des enregistrements de dispositifs réglables avec des structures et des modes de fonctionnement très différents. L'état de la technique le plus proche, enregistré sous le numéro US-A-2.454.004 de N. D. Petty John dulό novembre 1948, diffère de la présente invention par la façon de réaliser le réglage. Il comporte en effet selon une première caractéristique,
EXPOSE DE L'INVENTION
Une pince constituée de deux mâchoires, inférieure et supérieure articulées autour d'un axe. Un ressort torsion entourant l'axe et relié à chacune des extrémités de la pince, maintient les mâchoires fermées qui reposent l'une contre l'autre sur leurs butées. La mâchoire supérieure sous forme de deux barres (ou rails) qui s'écartent doucement, permet le déplacement d'un cache, plaque souple prévu pour protéger le pourtour de l'ongle. Ce cache, légèrement bombé vers le haut vient se loger entre les barres, il est fixé à des gaines coulissant sur les barres. Entraîné par les gaines, sa position est réglable : il se bombe ou s' aplatie selon l'écartement des barres entraînant le pivotement des gaines au fur et à mesure qu'elles coulissent. La mâchoire inférieure est sous forme de rampe. Un pochoir, plaque fine et souple, est prévu pour se loger sous le cache.
Une pression avec deux doigts d'une main sur les extrémités de la pince permet à l'utilisateur l'ouverture des mâchoires. Deux doigts de l'autre main lui permettent d'ajuster le cache sous lequel ensuite il place un éventuel pochoir puis le doigt correspondant au réglage choisi. L'utilisateur referme la pince sur le doigt en lâchant la pression qui lui avait fait ouvrir. Les deux mâchoires exercent une pression sur le doigt cachant son extrémité supérieure et laissant apparaître l'ongle qui peut être recouvert d'un pochoir.
Selon des modes particuliers de réalisation : - Une épaisseur de mousse peut venir doubler le cache sur la face s' appuyant sur le doigt Les gaines, au minimum une par barre, peuvent être ouvertes sur un côté de façon à pouvoir les sortir de leur axe (barres) et donc ôter le cache et le changer. Le ressort torsion et l'axe peuvent être remplacés par une lame recourbée rejoignant ses extrémités (ressort lame). - Des repères peuvent être présents sur au moins une des barres.
Les deux barres de la mâchoire supérieure peuvent être reliées entre elles. La mâchoire supérieure peut-être très légèrement bombée
La mâchoire inférieure peut être plus étroite que la mâchoire supérieure et peut se courber légèrement vers le bas. DESCRIPTION SOMMAIRE DES DESSINS :

MEILLEURE MANIERE DE REALISER L'INVENTION :
En référence à ces dessins, dans la forme de réalisation selon la figure 1, le dispositif comporte une pince (1), constituée d'une mâchoire supérieure (2) et d'une mâchoire inférieure (3) articulées autour d'un axe (4).Un ressort torsion (5) entourant l'axe et relié à chacune des extrémités (6) de la pince (1) permet de maintenir les mâchoires (2,3) fermées qui reposent l'une contre l'autre par des butées (7).
La mâchoire supérieure (2) sous forme de deux barres (8) qui s'écartent doucement, permet le déplacement d'un cache (9), plaque souple prévu pour protéger le pourtour de l'ongle. Ce cache (9), légèrement bombé vers le haut vient se loger entre les barres (8), il est fixé à des gaines (10) coulissant sur les barres (8). Entraîné par les gaines (10), sa position es réglable selon des repères (11) sur au moins une des barres (8). II se bombe ou s'aplatie selon l'écartement des barres (8) entraînant le pivotement des gaines (10) au fur et à mesure qu'elles coulissent. Une épaisseur de Mousse (12) vient doubler le cache (9) sur sa partie inférieure. La mâchoire inférieure (3) sous forme de rampe se courbe progressivement vers le bas. Un pochoir (13), plaque fine et souple ajourée par des motifs de décoration, est prévu pour se fixer et se loger sous le cache (9).
Une pression avec deux doigts d'une main sur les extrémités (6) de la pince (1) permet à l'utilisateur l'ouverture des mâchoires (2,3). Deux doigts de l'autre main lui permettent d'ajuster le cache (9) sous lequel ensuite il place un éventuel un pochoir (13) puis le doigt correspondant au réglage choisi. L'utilisateur referme la pince (1) sur le doigt en lâchant la pression qui lui avait fait ouvrir. Les deux mâchoires (2,3) exercent une pression et donc maintiennent le cache (9) appuyé sur le doigt cachant son extrémité supérieure et laissant apparaître l'ongle qui peut être recouvert d'un pochoir (13).
Le pochoir (13) plaque fine et souple trouée selon le motif désiré et disposant d'une surface avec motif se superposant à l'emplacement réservé à l'ongle par le cache (9) avec une longueur permettant de couvrir un ongle long et d'une surface adhésive pour se fixer et donc se loger sous le cache laissant apparaître le motif à l'emplacement réservé à l'ongle. Elle est suffisamment souple et fine pour épouser la forme de l'ongle et ne pas laisser d'espace où un vernis par exemple pourrait s'infiltrer. La mâchoire inférieure donne l'inclinaison du doigt selon le placement de celui-ci au niveau de la mâchoire supérieure (2). Plus le doigt est gros plus il se trouve incliné.
La mousse, rôle de tampon, elle a pour but d'épouser la forme du doigt, c'est-à-dire de s'adapter à différents doigts, afin d'éviter les coulures et infiltrations. Dans la forme de réalisation selon la figure 2, L'utilisateur fait glisser les gaines (10) sur les barres (8) pour déplacer le cache (9). Dans le sens où les barres (8) s'écartent, le cache (9) s'aplatie sans s'écraser car les gaines (10) pivotent automatiquement, il garde un certain bombé. A l'inverse dans le sens où les barres (8) se resserrent, le cache (9) se bombe naturellement par le pivotement des gaines (10). Les gaines, de matière caoutchouteuse ces tubes épousent les barres (8), elle sont suffisamment serrées pour garder la position souhaitée et souple pour que l'on puisse les déplacer sans forcer, il suffit de faire les glisser avec deux doigts. Remarque : prévoir des gaines suffisamment longues à l'avant pour protéger les barres (8) lors d'un vernissage des ongles par exemple. Les gaines (10) sont fendues et permettent le retrait et le remplacement du cache. - A -
Dans la forme de réalisation selon la figure 3 le ressort torsion (5) travaille par variation de l'écart angulaire de ses branches sous l'action d'un couple (extrémités (6) de la pince (I)).
Dans la forme de réalisation selon la figure 4 le ressort lame (14) est une lame recourbée sur lequel repose les extrémités (6) de la pince (1) et donnant la position initiale fermée, il remplace l'axe (4), le ressort torsion (5) et au besoin les butées (7) qui existaient sur la figure 1.
A titre d'exemple et non limitatif :
La pince aura une longueur de 12cm.
L'axe se situera à 1,5cm des extrémités. La butée se fait lcm après l'axe.
La mâchoire inférieure ou rampe de 10cm (se courbe progressivement vers le bas), en position fermé elle se loge légèrement dans la mâchoire supérieure qui est plus large.
La mâchoire supérieure est constituée de deux barres de 9cm légèrement bombées qui s'écartent doucement puis se rejoignent en montant à la verticale sur 2cm (pont réunissant les deux barres et laissant le passage au doigt dans le prolongement des barres).
L'écartement des barres démarre par exemple de 1,2cm pouvant accueillir le doigt le plus fin et pour finir à 2,2cm pouvant accueillir le doigt le plus gros.
Le cache a la forme d'un H dont la partie prévue pour délimiter le pourtour de l'ongle est basée sur Ie majeur. Le ressort lame peut être en métal laminé.
Le pochoir peut être en matière synthétique, nylon, plastique, etc...
Le dispositif selon l'invention est particulièrement destiné à une intervention sur l'ongle comme le vernissage et la décoration.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1) - Dispositif réglable permettant de protéger le pourtour d'un ongle et de positionner un pochoir sur l'ongle, il comporte une pince (1) constituée par deux mâchoires (2,3) articulées autour d'un axe (4) entouré d'un ressort torsion (5) permettant la fermeture des mâchoires (2,3) sur leurs butées (7). Une pression sur les extrémités (6) faisant levier permet Pécartement des mâchoires (2,3) et donc le positionnement d'un doigt entre celles- ci. Le dispositif est caractérisé en ce que le réglage d'un cache (9) s'effectue par le coulissement de gaines (10) sur les barres (8) de la mâchoire supérieure (2). Lorsque les mâchoires (2,3) se referment, le cache (9) vient couvrir l'extrémité du doigt choisit en laissant apparaître l'ongle pouvant être recouvert d'un pochoir (13) positionné sous le cache (9).
2) - Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce qu'une épaisseur de mousse (12) vient doubler le cache (9) sur sa face inférieure, c'est-à-dire celle qui s'appuie sur le doigt. 3) - Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que les gaines (10) sont ouvertes par une fente sur la longueur.
4) - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que le nombre de gaines (10) est au minimum une par barre (8).
5) - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que le ressort torsion (5) et l'axe (4) est' remplacé par un ressort lame (14).
6) - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que des repères (11) sont présents sur au moins une des barres.
7) - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que la mâchoire supérieure (2) est légèrement bombée. 8) - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que les barres (8) sont reliées entre elles.
9) - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que la mâchqjre inférieure (3) est plus étroite que la mâchoire supérieure (2).
10) - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que la mâchoire inférieure se courbe légèrement vers le bas.
