Abstract

　検出時の偽陽性の要因となる非特異性因子による非特異的反応を抑えると共に被検物質の検出感度を向上させて、検体中の被検物質を正確にかつ迅速に検出することができるイムノクロマトグラフィー用試験キットを提供する。 　本発明は、被検物質を添加する試料添加部、被検物質に特異的に反応する特異的結合物が標識された標識物質を保持する標識物質保持部、被検物質に特異的に反応する特異的結合物が標識された標識物質を捕捉する捕捉物質が固定された判定部、がクロマトグラフィー媒体上に形成された試験片と、前記被検物質を前記試験片上に展開させるための展開液と、を備えるイムノクロマトグラフィー用試験キットにおいて、前記判定部の捕捉物質と同一の産生動物種由来でありかつ同一のサブクラスを有する免疫グロブリンを、前記展開液を混合するか、又は、前記試験片の試料添加部若しくは標識物質保持部に保持させたものである。
