技术领域
本发明涉及物料粉碎设备, 具体涉及一种立式磨机的研磨机构改进。
背景技术
2006年科学出版社出版的《中国选矿设备手册》第 407页记载了一种立式磨机, 该 立式磨机的研磨机构参见图 1, 包括驱动装置 Γ和由该驱动装置驱动的立式磨筒 2'及磨 辊 3'、 作用于磨辊 3'的加压装置 4', 立式磨筒 2'位于机体箱 5'内, 磨辊的辊面与立式磨 筒内衬的磨面 6'构成磨合面, 物料经进料口 7'进入立式磨筒, 驱动装置驱动立式磨筒转 动, 磨辊自转, 对进入磨合面的物料进行研磨, 经研磨后的物料在立式磨筒 2'转动的离 心力作用下抛出立式磨筒, 经研磨后的细粒物料通过从下部上升的气流排出, 杂铁等不 可破碎物从机体箱下部的出渣口 8'排出。 该研磨机构存在的不足是, 由于其立式磨筒 2' 为碗状结构, 磨筒内衬的磨面 6'与垂直线的夹角较大 (即较平坦), 致使经研磨的物料 因离心力作用被排出磨筒的速度较快而不能被控制, 而处自由排出状态, 尤其是立式磨 筒 2'较高速转动时所产生的离心力大, 物料位于磨磨合面的时间短, 造成物料被粉碎研 磨的次数少, 因此, 研磨生产效率低, 同时能耗高; 当被研磨物料水分太多时, 由于没 有刮料装置, 物料有可能粘附在立式磨筒上结成块状层, 会进一步影响产量。
发明内容
为克服现有研磨机构所存在的不足, 本发明提供一种立式磨机的研磨机构, 本研磨 机构可增加物料被研磨的机会和被研磨的次数, 从而提高研磨效率低和降低能耗。
实现本发明目的技术方案参见图 2, 本发明包括驱动装置 1和由该驱动装置驱动的 立式磨筒 2及磨辊 3、作用于磨辊 3的加压装置 4,磨辊的辊面与立式磨筒内衬的磨面 6 构成磨合面, 立式磨筒 2内衬的磨面 6与垂直线的夹角为 40°~-5°, 还设有刮料装置 9。 如图 2所示, 物料经进料口 7进入立式磨筒, 驱动装置驱动立式磨筒转动, 磨辊自转, 对进入磨合面的物料进行研磨, 刮料装置 9对被研磨的物料进行疏松、 导流, 在磨筒旋 转离心力和导料的作用下, 经研磨的物料由立式磨筒的上部敞口排出, 再由出料口 10 排出机外。
与背景技术比, 本发明的技术效果是:
1、 由于磨筒内衬的磨面 6与垂直线的夹角为 40° 5°, 可阻止研磨的物料快速排出 磨筒, 使物料在离心力的作用下紧贴在磨筒的内壁上, 延长物料被研磨的过程, 增加物 料被研磨的次数, 因此, 物料的粉碎研磨效率高, 产量高, 细度好, 同时降低功耗。
2、 由于磨筒内衬的磨面 6与垂直线的夹角为 40° 5°, 可阻止研磨的物料快速排出 磨筒, 因此立式磨筒可采用高速运转, 使物料的粉碎、 研磨效率更高, 细度更细, 产量 更大, 功耗更低。
3、 由于设置了对研磨物料进行疏松、 导流的刮料装置, 在立式磨筒磨面与垂直线 的夹角为 40° 5°的情况下, 对研磨后的物料可进行强制疏松和排料, 满足物料由立式 磨筒上部的敞口排出, 因此可扩大立式磨粉碎研磨物料的范围, 能够粉碎研磨背景技术 不能或难以粉碎研磨的物料, 比如对粘性物料、 水分大的物料的粉碎研磨, 以及进行湿 磨 (如物料中加水进行磨碎) 等。
4、 由于设置了对研磨物料进行疏松、 导流的刮料装置, 可防止研磨物料粘附在立 式磨筒上结成块状层, 并减少磨机运转时产生振动。
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进一步说明。

具体实施方式
本发明研磨机构的第一种实施结构参见图 2。 本发明包括驱动装置 1和由该驱动装 置驱动的立式磨筒 2, 以及磨辊 3和作用于磨辊 3的加压装置 4, 磨辊的辊面与立式磨 筒内衬的磨面 6构成磨合面, 所述的立式磨筒为底部封闭、 敞口朝上, 立式磨筒内衬的 磨面 6与垂直线的夹角为 40°~-5°, 还设有刮料装置 9。立式磨筒内衬的磨面 6与垂直线 的夹角为 40°~-5°可控制被研磨物料排出立式磨筒, 使物料在立式磨筒旋转离心力的作 用下紧贴在立式磨筒的内壁上, 延长物料被研磨的过程, 增加物料被研磨的次数; 刮料 装置 9的一端装在机体箱 5上的侧面, 或装在机体箱 5上的顶面, 也可装在机体箱 5外 部的其它机架上, 刮料装置 9的另一端即刮料端伸入到立式磨筒 2内; 刮料装置 9可对 紧贴在立式磨筒内壁上的物料进行疏松、 导流, 驱使研磨的物料朝向立式磨筒上部的敞 口流动, 直至排出立式磨筒。 此外, 在立式磨筒 2的敞口沿设有挡圈 11, 图 2所示的挡 圈 11为盘状式的挡圈 11, 以进一步阻止被研磨物料自由排出, 满足立式磨筒可采用高 速运转, 使物料的粉碎、 研磨效率更高, 细度更细, 产量更大, 功耗更低。
图 3、 图 4、 图 5分别展示了立式磨筒内衬的磨面 6与垂直线夹角的三种情形。 图 3 所示的立式磨筒内衬的磨面 6与垂直线夹角为 40°, 图 4所示的立式磨筒内衬的磨面 6 与垂直线夹角为 -5°, 图 5所示的立式磨筒内衬的磨面 6与垂直线夹角为 5°。
图 6、 图 7展示了刮料装置 9的两种结构。 图 6所示的为带疏齿形 12的刮料装置, 图 7所示的为带导流板 13的刮料装置, 带疏齿形 12的刮料装置宜用于 5。 (不含 5。) 至 40°的立式磨筒 2, 带疏齿形 12的刮料装置对被研磨物料进行疏松, 物料由旋转的立 式磨筒上部敞口排出; 带导流板 13的刮料装置可用于 -5°至 5°的立式磨筒, 即对被研磨 物料进行疏松和强制排料, 驱动被研磨物料流向立式磨筒的敞口; 立式磨筒内衬的磨面 6与垂直线的夹角为大于 5°~40°的刮料装置 9同样可为带导料板 13的刮料装置。
图 8为本发明研磨机构的第二种实施结构的剖视图, 立式磨筒为圆筒形, 立式磨筒 内衬的磨面 6为垂直的 90°, 采用带导流板 13的刮料装置, 经研磨后的物料由立式磨筒 排出后再经出料口 10排出。
图 9为本发明研磨机构应用于立式研磨机中的一种结构示意图,刮料装置 9可为带 疏齿形 12的刮料装置或带导流板 13的刮料装置, 图 9所示的挡圈 11为圆环式的挡圈。 如图 9所示, 物料经进料口 7进入立式磨筒研磨, 经研磨后排出立式磨筒, 压力空气由 进风口 14进入, 细粉经旋风式分离器 15由出口 16排出, 粗粒、 杂物则由出渣口 17排 出。
本发明研磨机构除上述外, 还有其他变形结构, 凡在本发明技术方案基础上的任何 变形结构, 均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 立式磨机的研磨机构, 有驱动装置 (1 ) 和由该驱动装置驱动的立式磨筒 (2) 及磨辊(3 )、 作用于磨辊(3 ) 的加压装置(4), 磨辊的辊面与立式磨筒内衬的磨面(6) 构成磨合面, 其特征是立式磨筒内衬的磨面 (6) 与垂直线的夹角为 40°~-5°, 设有刮料 装置 (9)。
2、 根据权利要求 1的立式磨机的研磨机构, 其特征是立式磨筒内衬的磨面 (6) 与 垂直线的夹角为 -5°~5°的刮料装置 (9) 为带导流板 (13 ) 的刮料装置。
3、 根据权利要求 1的立式磨机的研磨机构, 其特征是立式磨筒内衬的磨面 (6) 与 垂直线的夹角为 5°~40°的刮料装置(9)为带带疏齿形(12)的刮料装置或带导流板(13 ) 的刮料装置。
4、 根据权利要求 1~3的任一种立式磨机的研磨机构, 其特征是立式磨筒(2) 的敞 口沿设有挡圈 (11 )。
