上述油箱盖和其周围的车身部分并非一体, 但要求涂装后和车身的颜 色保持一致。 目前, 轿车油箱盖的涂装一般是和车身分别进行涂装, 这样 做的好处是不会出现流挂、 漆膜碰伤等问题, 不足之处是在涂装的过程中 耗材较大, 成本较高。 也有很多汽车厂家先将油箱盖安装好后和车身一起 涂装, 这样做虽然可以成本降低, 但很容易出现流挂、 漆膜碰伤等问题, 常常不得不在修饰工位返工, 而如何在降低成本的同时避免出现流挂、 漆 膜碰伤等问题, 现在还没有有效的解决方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种既可以降低涂装成本, 又可以有效避免出现 流挂、 漆膜碰伤等问题的油箱盖辅具。
为实现上述目的, 本发明釆用了以下技术方案: 一种油箱盖辅具, 辅 具包括用于和油箱口旁侧的工艺孔相连的夹持部, 该夹持部上还连有伸向 油箱口外部 ^iy掌油箱盖向外呈小角度开启状的支撑部。
由上述技术方案可知, 本发明是通过辅具上的夹持部将辅具设置在车
身上的油箱口旁侧的工艺孔中, 而辅具的支撑部则低撑在油箱盖的内侧, 使得油箱盖向外呈小角度开启状, 从而既可以有效避免出现流挂、 漆膜碰 伤等问题, 又便于汽车涂装, 降低了涂装成本。 其中所利用的工艺孔为车 身本身就具备的, 并非为本辅具专门设置。
由上述可知, 本发明轻巧简单, 实用性高, 成本低且可以使油箱盖的 涂装达到极好的效果。 附图说明

夹持部 10可有多种实现方式,如其既可以釆用端头带有吸盘的装置与 工艺孔相连, 也可以釆用端头带有倒钩的方式与工艺孔相连。
作为本发明的优选方案,所述的夹持部 10由两个以上的开口状的钩爪 101 , 或者两个以上的图 6所示的止动定位台 102, 或者上述钩爪 101和止 动定位台 102混合构成, 这些钩爪 101以及止动定位台 102具有向所述支 撑部 20伸出的伸出端, 构成该夹持部 10的伸出端, 并共同支撑所述支撑 部 20, 使所述支撑部 20获得支撑所述油箱盖的支撑力; 这些钩爪 101、 止 动定位台 102彼此之间能够弹性张开, 并能够在外力作用下收合。 所述的 支撑部 20的外端面外伸抵靠油箱盖使油箱盖保持与车体的夹角稳定。

由上述可知,本发明的钩爪 101和 /或止动定位台 102的数量共为三个, 且其端头构成一个三角形, 而钩爪 101和 /或止动定位台 102的端头又与支 撑部 20的端部形成一个锥状的卡口,故本发明的构造较为合理,在材料较 少的情况下结构较为牢固, 不宜变形, 便于实现夹持和支撑的功能。
如图 2、 3、 4所示, 图中为夹持部 10由钩爪 101构成的辅具, 针对不 同的工艺孔的形式, 本发明也有不同的实现形式, 但其均利用钩爪 101将 辅具夹持在工艺孔的孔壁上,通过三个钩爪 101的配合及卡口 10之间的弹 力, 从而将辅具与工艺孔较为紧固的连接在一起。
钩爪 101、止动定位台 102和支撑部 20可以单独制作后焊接成型为一 体, 作为本发明的优选方案, 所述的辅具是由一根经过热处理的淬硬碳素 钢丝连续弯折而成。
经过热处理的淬硬碳素钢丝本身具有较好的弹性, 故将本辅具经过一
根淬硬碳素弹簧钢丝连续弯折而成, 可以减少制造工序, 降低生产成本, 且增强了辅具的整体结构强度, 便于本发明的实现。
作为本发明更进一步的优选方案, 所述的淬硬碳素弹簧钢丝的直径为
2mm。 淬硬碳素弹簧钢丝的直径有多种, 若选用直径过大, 则加工不便且 耗材较多, 若选用直径过小, 则辅具的结构强度较小, 使用寿命较短, 选 用直径为 2mm的淬硬碳素弹簧钢丝,可使得本辅具的结构强度较高且耗材 较少, 成本较低。
如图 6、 7、 8所示, 所述的弹簧钢丝的一端绕成第一个钩爪 101A, 第 一个钩爪 101A的杆身向后延伸以旋绕状构成支撑部 20, 旋绕后的杆身与 第一个钩爪 101A成一定角度向前继续延伸垂直弯折构成止动定位台 102, 止动定位台 102呈台阶状向前伸出, 其伸出的端头向后再向前迂回构成 U 形的第二个钩爪 101B, 第二个钩爪 101B的开口方向与止动定位台 102的 延伸方向相同。
使用时,由第一个钩爪 101A和第二个钩爪 101B分别夹持在工艺孔的 孔壁上, 再与止动定位台 102和工艺孔的抵靠相配合, 同样构成了一个锥 形的卡口, 整体结构强度高且稳定性好。
作为本发明更进一步的优选方案, 所述的第二个钩爪 101B 的封闭一 端凸出在止动定位台 102的阶梯处的后侧, 其钩背延伸的方向偏向止动定 位台 102的延伸方向, 钩背延伸的端头向呈其包围的内部呈回绕式弯折。

作为本发明更进一步的优选方案, 所述的钩爪 101均呈 U形, 如图 5 所示。 相比弯爪状的钩爪 101 , U形的钩爪 101更便于以其弯折部位夹持 在工艺孔的孔壁上, 因其与工艺孔的接触面积更大, 故夹持性能也更好。
如图 1、 5、 8所示, 所述的钩爪 101的开口朝向外侧。相比起钩爪 101 的开口朝向内侧, 当钩爪 101的开口朝向外侧时, 大大扩展了钩爪 101的 适用范围, 且钩爪 101不仅夹持在工艺孔上, 还因为弹性卡口的收合产生 的弹力而紧紧地抵靠在工艺孔上, 由此大幅提高了辅具的夹持性能。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的 普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明原理的前提下, 还可以做出若干改进 和润饰, 这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
