Abstract

Téléphone mobile à mode de commande d'appel en conduite automobile, comprenant: une unité de mesure de vitesse de déplacement du corps principal; un détecteur de connexion mains libres de dispositif mains libres avec un connecteur mains libres sur le corps principal; une unité de mémoire stockant une annonce notifiant un appelant qu'un appelé est en conduite automobile; une unité d'entrée de clé à plusieurs clés pour le support d'un appel; et un contrôleur fournissant en sortie un message de notification de changement de mode via un dispositif de fourniture de sortie du corps principal si la vitesse de déplacement établie par l'unité de mesure de vitesse dépasse une vitesse de référence et que le détecteur de connexion mains libres détermine que le dispositif mains libres n'est pas connecté au connecteur mains libres, montrant qu'un utilisateur est en conduite automobile et commutant le téléphone mobile dnas le mode de commande d'appel qui bloque les appels entrants/sortants si un signal d'entrée de clé n'est pas reçu via l'unité d'entrée de clé dans un délai d'attente établi après la réception du message de notification de changement de mode, puis fournissant en sortie l'annonce stockée dans l'unité de mémoire et bloquant l'appel entrant si un signal d'appel entrant est reçu via l'émetteur/récepteur dans le mode de commande d'appel.
