Abstract

 色度にずれのない、白色の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子は、基板上に少なくとも陽極、陰極、及び該陽極、陰極間に挟まれた発光層を有し、白色光を放出する有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子において、該発光層に含まれる発光材料がλmaxのそれぞれ異なる少なくとも3種以上の発光材料であり、最も短波長の発光材料のHOMO準位の絶対値が他の発光材料のHOMO準位の絶対値よりも小さいことを特徴とする。
