Abstract

 隣接セルの信号電力を測定するユーザ装置は、移動速度を推定する移動速度推定部;移動速度に応じて測定帯域幅を決定する測定帯域幅管理部;及び前記決定された測定帯域幅で隣接セルの信号電力を測定する測定部;を有する。前記移動速度または伝搬路のフェージング周波数は、下りリンクのリファレンス信号の時間相関値に基づいて算出されてもよく、所定の時間間隔において、ハンドオーバまたはセル再選択を行ったセルの数に基づいて算出されてもよく、GPSによる位置情報に基づいて算出されてもよい。
