Abstract

　調湿装置（10）は、圧縮機（53）が接続された冷媒回路（50）と、吸着熱交換器（51,52）と、ケーシング（11）とを備え、圧縮機（53）を作動させることで冷媒回路（50）に冷凍サイクルを行わせながら該ケーシング（11）内を流通する空気を吸着熱交換器（51,52）で調湿する。ケーシング（11）内に配設されたダンパ（41～48）を備える。ダンパ（41～48）は、圧縮機（53）を起動させるときには、空気の流路を、室外空気をケーシング（11）内に流入させて吸着熱交換器（51,52）を通過させた後に室外へ流出させる第１流路に切り換える一方、室外空気を調湿して室内へ供給するときには、空気の流路を、室外空気をケーシング（11）内に流入させて吸着熱交換器（51,52）を通過させた後に室内へ流入させる第２流路に切り換える。
