Abstract

 発光素子は、互いに対向して設けられ、少なくとも一方が透明又は半透明である、第1電極及び第2電極と、前記第1電極と前記第2電極との間に挟持され、正孔輸送材料からなるマトリクス中に導電性ナノ粒子と、発光体粒子とが分散して構成された発光層と、を備える。また、別例の発光素子は、互いに対向して設けられ、少なくとも一方が透明又は半透明である、第1電極及び第2電極と、前記第1電極と前記第2電極との間に挟持され、正孔輸送材料中に導電性ナノ粒子が分散した被覆層で粒子表面の少なくとも一部分が被覆された発光体粒子を含む発光体粒子粉末で構成された発光層と、を備える。
