Abstract

 シンブルチューブの挿脱装置において、挿脱操作を容易に且つ高い作動上の信頼性をもって行ない得るようにする。  シンブルチューブの掴持部と掴持部を駆動させる駆動部を備えたシンブルチューブの挿脱装置において、掴持部を、略半円形断面の挟圧溝を設けた一対の挟圧ヘッドを備えて構成し、一対の挟圧溝の内径寸法をシンブルチューブ外径より僅小の所定寸法に設定し該一対の挟圧ヘッドの各挟圧溝間でシンブルチューブを挟圧して掴持する構成とする。また、駆動部を油圧シリンダで構成し、油圧シリンダに掛かる荷重を検出する荷重検出部と、油圧シリンダの作動位置を検出する作動位置検出部を備える。これにより、シンブルチューブを変形させずに大きな掴持力が得られる掴持構造と、駆動力を容易且つ適正に制御し得るようにした駆動構造の協働により、シンブルチューブ挿脱操作を容易に且つ高い信頼性の下で行なえ、挿脱作業の自動化が促進される。
