Abstract

　系外への放熱を抑え、かつ臭気の発生を防止した乾燥装置を提供する。この乾燥装置１は、被処理物の乾燥室２と、この乾燥室２内の雰囲気ガスを循環させるガス循環路と、冷媒循環路で接続された蒸発器５ｃ，６ｃ，７ｃおよび凝縮器５ｄ，６ｄ，７ｄを含む冷凍機５，６，７とから構成され、蒸発器５ｃ，６ｃ，７ｃおよび凝縮器５ｄ，６ｄ，７ｄが、乾燥室２およびガス循環路により構成される閉回路内に配置されたものであり、系外への放熱を抑えて熱を有効利用することにより、乾燥効率を格段に向上させることができる。また、乾燥室２内の雰囲気ガスが閉回路内に留まり、系外へ排出されないので、臭気の発生を防止することができる。
