　内燃機関の排気還流装置において、サイクロン式捕集装置における圧力損失を低減する技術を提供する。 　ターボチャージャ５と、低圧ＥＧＲ通路３１と、低圧ＥＧＲ通路３１に配置され低圧ＥＧＲガス中の異物を捕集するサイクロン式捕集装置１１と、サイクロン式捕集装置１１の異物捕集部から低圧ＥＧＲ通路３１との接続部位よりも下流の排気通路４へ低圧ＥＧＲガスを流出させる流量調整路１２と、流量調整路１２に配置され流量調整路１２を流通する低圧ＥＧＲガス流量を調整する流量調整弁１３と、低圧ＥＧＲ通路３１を流通する低圧ＥＧＲガスがサイクロン式捕集装置１１を通過する際の圧力損失に応じて流量調整弁１３を開閉制御するＥＣＵ１４と、を備える。
