Abstract

　外部からのノイズの影響や電気信号の不足に起因する不具合を防止して適切に高分解能の検出精度を実現すること。第１から第４のＧＭＲ素子を有するブリッジ回路（２０）と、ブリッジ回路（２０）に対向配置される磁石の移動に伴って生じる第１、第２出力端子の出力信号の差動量を検出する差動増幅器（３０）と、検出された差動量を絶対値変換する絶対値変換器（４０）とを備え、第１のＧＭＲ素子を分割した素子部分と第３のＧＭＲ素子を分割した素子部分と交互に一列に配置して第１ＧＭＲユニットとする一方、第２のＧＭＲ素子を分割した素子部分と第４のＧＭＲ素子を分割した素子部分と交互に一列に配置して第２ＧＭＲユニットとし、第１及び第２ＧＭＲユニットを磁石の移動方向と直交する方向に並べて配置したことを特徴とする。
