Abstract

【課題】 特に、倍周波タイプの磁気エンコーダにおいて、磁気抵抗効果素子が磁石(磁界発生部材)の幅中心から幅方向にずれて配置されても、出力波形を自己補正でき、検知精度を向上させることが可能な磁気エンコーダを提供することを目的としている。 【解決手段】 第1磁気抵抗効果素子A1~第8磁気抵抗効果素子A8の8個の磁気抵抗効果素子にてA相のブリッジ回路が構成される。本発明の磁気抵抗効果素子の配置及び回路構成によれば、磁気抵抗効果素子が磁石の幅中心から幅方向にずれて配置されても出力波形が左右対称で、しかも等周期で出力波形が得られるように出力波形を自己補正でき、倍周波タイプの磁気エンコーダにおいて、従来に比べて、検知精度を向上させることが可能である。
