Abstract
発振信号を出力する発振装置であって、発振信号を生成する共振回路と、共振回路が生成する発振信号を増幅して共振回路にフィードバックする増幅回路と、増幅回路に与えられる発振信号を受け取って外部に出力する出力回路とを備え、出力回路は、増幅回路に与えられる発振信号を入力端に受け取って出力すると共に、入力端の容量成分により、発振信号の電圧成分から位相のずれた第1電流信号を増幅回路にフィードバックする第1バッファと、第1バッファが出力する発振信号を入力端に受け取って出力すると共に、入力端の容量成分により、第1バッファが出力する発振信号の電圧成分から位相のずれた第2電流信号を第1バッファにフィードバックする第2バッファとを有する発振装置を提供する。
