Abstract
本発明のステントは、線状構成要素により構成され、生体内への留置操作時に変形することにより生体内組織に密着するステントである。ステント1は、生体内への留置操作時に変形し、拡張維持力を発揮する線状構成要素を持ち、生体内への留置操作時に変形する線状構成要素は、非生分解性金属製線状構成要素21,22,23,24とこの非生分解性金属製線状構成要素21,22,23,24と結合した複数の生分解性材料製線状構成要素3とにより形成されている。さらに、ステント1は、生体内留置時には、非生分解性金属製線状構成要素21,22,23,24と記生分解性材料製線状構成要素3の両者による拡張維持力を発揮し、所定期間経過後の生分解性材料製線状構成要素3の生分解の進行により、拡張維持力が低下するものとなっている。
