Abstract
レベル平均値算出器は、ビタビ検出器が出力する検出データ列と、等化器の出力とから、ビタビ検出器におけるブランチメトリック算出の基準値を生成する。エラーベクトル算出器は、互いに誤りやすい信号列のペアのパス間における基準値の差を求め、基準値の差に基づく値を成分とするエラーベクトルを生成する。実効ノイズ算出器は、エラーベクトルと、ビタビ誤差算出器にて求められたビタビ誤差の時系列データを要素とするベクトルとの内積を求め、内積の2乗平均を算出する。評価指標算出器は、エラーベクトルの大きさと、実効ノイズ算出器にて算出された内積の2乗平均とに基づいて、信号品質評価値を算出する。
