発光輝度が高く、面内での鮮鋭性のムラが少ないシンチレータプレートは、気相堆積法により形成された蛍光体層及び炭素を主成分とする基板を有するシンチレータプレートであって、該基板のX線回折スペクトルの(002)ピークの半値巾が0.4°以下であることを特徴とする。
