Abstract

  不使用時における待機電力を抑えることのできる車載空気調和機用インバータシステムを提供することを目的とする。   通信ドライバ27aからの信号に基づき通信用電源80からの電圧供給がON/OFFすることで、電気的スイッチが切り替わって車載バッテリ電源50からDC-DCコンバータ26への電圧供給をON/OFFし、モータ制御マイコン24、ゲート回路22への電圧供給をON/OFFする。これにより、不使用時には上位ECU60の制御によりモータ制御マイコン24をスリープモードに移行させて電圧供給を停止し、消費電力を抑えることが可能となる。
