Abstract

La présente invention est relative à un procédé et à un dispositif industriel pour le lavage de toute la surface extérieure des bouteilles domestiques de gaz butane et de tout autre objet de forme et géométrie similaire. Ce procédé et ce dispositif de lavage ont pour objectif de retirer toute saleté, poussière, graisse ménagère et impuretés diverses présentes sur les bouteilles vides lors de leur réception dans les centres emplisseurs pour remplissage, soit pour leur restituer leur aspect initial de propreté, soit pour repeindre celles dont l'état nécessite une reprise en peinture après lavage. La présente invention met à la disposition de ces centres emplisseurs un nouveau procédé et dispositif qui ont la particularité d'assurer en continu et de manière autonome sans intervention humaine, un lavage efficace et régulier par brossage de tout le pourtour du dôme supérieur comme de la génératrice des bouteilles à laver de 3, 6 ou 12 Kg avec ou sans leur chapeau, avec une configuration de conception innovante et particulière du dispositif qui a l'avantage d'assurer des coûts d'exploitation et de maintenance des plus attractifs. Le domaine technique de l'invention est celui des centres emplisseurs de bouteilles gaz butane, des sites industriels de fabrication et d'entreposage de ces bouteilles ainsi que celui des autres activités pouvant en bénéficier pour le lavage de produits similaires.
