Abstract

　広い範囲の外光を適切に吸収しコントラストを向上させることができる光学シート、表示装置及び光学シートの製造方法を提供する。 　映像光源より観察者側に配置され、該映像光源から出射された光を制御して観察者側に出射する複数の層を備える光学シート１０、２０、３０であって、複数の層のうちの少なくとも１層が、光を透過可能にシート面に沿って並列されるプリズム部１２、２２、３２と、プリズム部間に光を吸収可能に並列される楔形部１３、２３、３３とを有する光学機能シート層１１、２１、３１であり、さらに複数の層のうち他の少なくとも１層が、光吸収層１７、２７、３７である光学シートとする。
