Abstract
液滴の粒子径が小さく、かつ粒子径の均一性が高いエマルジョンを短時間で多量に形成できる多孔性膜、および該多孔性膜の製造方法、さらには、粒子径が小さく、かつ粒子径の均一性の高い無機質球状体を安定して、かつ生産性よく製造できる無機質球状体の製造方法、および液滴の粒子径が小さく、かつ粒子径の均一性が高いエマルジョンを短時間で多量に形成できる乳化装置を提供する。 フッ素樹脂製多孔性膜であり、一方の面が下記の条件(X)を満足し、他方の面が下記の条件(Y)を満足する多孔性膜。(X):水接触角が、80度以上である。(Y):水接触角が、120度以下である、または水滴が膜に吸収されて水接触角を測定できない。該多孔性膜は、親水化処理されたフッ素樹脂製多孔性膜の片面に保護膜を配置し、保護膜を配置した面とは反対側の多孔性膜の面を疎水化処理する多孔性膜の製造方法によって得られる。
