Abstract

Es werden ein Membranaufbau zur Gasabscheidung, eine Entgasungsvorrichtung mit einem derartigen Membranaufbau sowie Verfahren zur Herstellung vorgeschlagen. Eine poröse Trägerschicht wird flächig mit einer dünnen Polymermembran, insbesondere aus amorphem PTFE, verbunden. Insbesondere wird die Polymermembran auf oder aus der Trägerschicht hergestellt. Dies ermöglicht einen einfachen und kostengünstigen Aufbau sowie eine effektive Gasabscheidung. Besonders bevorzugt wird die Polymermembran dadurch gebildet, daß eine Polymerlösung flüssig auf die Trägerschicht aufgebracht und eingetrocknet wird.
