Abstract

 本発明の接合体は、第1鉄鋼部材(SKD61)と、第1鉄鋼部材とは異なる種類の第2鉄鋼部材(ELMAX)とが互いに接合された接合体であって、(a)鉄鋼部材準備工程S110と、(b)接合体形成工程S120と、(c)接合体100を第1鉄鋼部材のA1変態点及び第2鉄鋼部材のA1変態点のいずれの温度よりも高い第2温度に加熱した後、第1鉄鋼部材のA1変態点及び第2鉄鋼部材のA1変態点のうちいずれかの温度から600°Cに降温するのに2時間以上かける条件で、接合体を600°C以下の第3温度に徐冷することにより、接合体における接合力を強化する接合力強化工程とをこの順序で含む鉄鋼部材の接合方法を実施することによって接合された接合体である。  本発明の接合体は、従来の鉄鋼部材の接合方法によって接合された接合体から鉄鋼製品を製造した場合と比較してより耐久性に優れた鉄鋼製品を得ることが可能な接合体となる。
