Description

Description
THE CRIB BLOCK FOR A VEGETATION AND SHORE PROTECTION WHICH HAS A FISHWAY FACILITIES
Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to a crib type vegetation and shore protection block combining a fishway facility function installed at the side and the bottom of the watercourse, and, more specifically, to a crib type vegetation and shore protection block having functional characteristics of showing an environment friendly acting effect which restores the natural ecosystem since the gravel stacked at the inside of the crib type vegetation and shore protection block serving as a refuge for the fishes, of efficiently naturally purifing the watercourse water contaminated by the aquatic plants planted by means of the plantation means, of providing a safe and easy mobility environment for the fishes irrespetive of the flow rate and the flow velocity of the water discharged, of preventing the attack of the waterside, of providing the vegetation area, of preventing the loss of the sediment by being constructed on an inclined surface of the bank of the watercourse or the reservoir, the cutting area or the like, of efficiently preventing the contamination of the vegetated plant and the watercourse by being able to vegetate and by reducing the flow velocity of the water at the time of rainy season or the heavy rain, removing the tollerance of the connection part between the connected blocks.
Background Art
[2] At the waterside of the lake, river, watercourse, seashore, reservoir dam or the like, various fishes, underwater living things, and waterside living things live together so as to maintain a plurality of complicated waterside ecosystem.
[3] In general, the ecology crib has a function of spawning mat and water quality purification which can keep the watercourse ecosystem healthy by, in the waterside ecosystem, protecting the shore, at the same time, providing a spawning mat space in which the fishes and the underwater living things, and filling the carrier having the function of water quality purification in the inside of the spawning mat.
[4] However, if a waterway is constructed by using the conventional shore protection concrete block, there are disadvantages in that the plants cannot be raised due to the lack of the living space where the root of the plants can be raised, and in that the flood is caused and at the same time the flood of the watercourse is caused by preventing the infiltration of the rainwater, however, at the present, it is the practice that only the scenery is considered without considering the habitation of the animals and plants, in particular, the fishes which govern the watercourse ecosystem. [5] Furthermore, when the pior art crib is manufactured, there are problems in that the manufacturing price is high and the manufacturing process is difficult or complicated since the vertical connection column is used or the groove is made in the wood and the woods are connected with each other, and in that, since the material of the crib is wood, the crib installed in the water or shore is easily rot or broken or changed in its shape due to the water and the moisture so that the durability is considerably poor.
[6] In addition, the general shore protection block is to prevent the loss of the sediment by being installed at the inclined surface of the bank of the side of the road or the watercourse and at the inclined surface of the reservoir and the cutting area or the like, and has a structure in which the blocks of a plane shape having the symmetry at both ends thereof are burried or superposed in the ground surface by being arranged zigzag, the blocks are integrated by being connected by seperate connection members, and the penetration holes are formed in the surface of the block for the vegetation and the earth is filled in the penetration holes and the plants or the grasses are planted.
[7] It is the practice that such assembled blocks of the puzzle type of the reassebling type are in general manufactured by using recycled disposed tire or concrete, and, since they are easy to transport, they are utilized for the shore protection of most watercourse banks or inclined surfaces.
[8] However, it is the reality that such conventional shore protection block breakes the peripheral urban natural scenery and the basis of the natural ecology of the watercourse, and, in particular, the concrete or the recycled disposed tire or the like destroys the habitancy environment of the animals and plants, birds, fishes or the like, and damages the self purification capability of the watercourse so as to cause the water quality contamination and therefore becomes the cause of the impairing the inherent environment function.
[9] Recently, the crib type block made in consideration of the ecology environment is disclosed, and in the crib type block, to prepare the crib having the shape of rectangular parallelepiped, the crib woods are provided and stacked to engage each other in transverse and longitudinal directions maintaining 90 degree, then the crib woods vertically penetrate the corner portion of crossing at the uppermost part so as to form a rectangular parallelepiped block, and the rocks and gravels of various sizes are filled in the crib block.
[10] In addition, the preservative treated woods are used to overcome part of the problems described above, however, the toxicity of chrome concentrated in the preservative chemical affects bad influences to the preservative treatment worker and also to the living things in the underwater ecosystem.
[11] Therefore, in consideration of the problems described above, the environment department gave preliminary notice of legislation under the heading of "A provision as to the handling limited material and the handling inhibited material," and the contents of "A provision as to the handling limited material and the handling inhibited material" includes inhibition of manufacture, import, and use, etc. of As O , mixture including 0.1% or more of As O , and wooden products subjected to treatment with either one of them, for any usage, and inhibition of manufacture, import, and use, etc. of formaldehyde, mixture including 0.1% or more of formaldehyde, and chips for furniture manuactured with either one of them, for any usage, and accordingly the usage of the conventional shore protection block using such materials is limited or inhibited.
[12] In addition, since the conventional crib is manufactured by stacking the crib woods to engage each other in transverse and longitudinal directions, and vertically penetrating the connection member at the corner portion of crossing at the uppermost part, there arises a problem in that the connection portion is destroyed due to the expansion pressure or the like in the crib wood at the corner portion where the connection takes place, which causes another problem in that the consecutive destruction is caused so that the entire crib is destroyed.
[13] Furthermore, in case the conventional crib blocks consisting of the crib of the rectangular parallelepiped are arranged in a plurality on the inclined surface or the indented surface and the crib blocks are connected to each other, the gap is generated at the peripheral surface of the connection portion according to the degree of the inclination of the indentation, and in this case, the way of fitting the seperate arc shape member into the generated gap to fill the gap can be considered, however, such a way has a problem in that since the total connection structure and the construction of the structure are complicated and the arc shape member is weak, the total rigidity is weakened and the sense of unity of the appearance is impaired. Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem
[14] Therefore, the present invention is invented to solve problems as described above, and the object of the present invention is to provide a crib type vegetation and shore protection block which is unharmful to the living things of the underwater ecosystem and can be used for a prolonged period by manufacturing the crib type vegetation and shore protection block from the synthetic resin material instead of the preservative treated wood, and to provide a crib type vegetation and shore protection block which can be easily constructed along the inclined surface of the watercourse or the like constituting an indentation through the assembly process in which the angle adjstment is easy, which creates the environment benificial to the growth of the living things due to the aquatic plants, and which combines the safe and easy mobility environment for the fishes irrespective of the flow rate and the flow velocity of the discharged water.
[15] In addition, other object of the present invention is to provide a crib type vegetation and shore protection block which has an excellent connection strength between the connection block or the assembly block and the crib wood, can improve the durability, and is environment friendly by using the plastic crib wood of the environment friendly material which is environment friendly and has excellent durability, providing the seperate assembldy block or the connection block at the corner portion, connecting the crib wood of the environment friendly material to the seperate assembldy block or the connection block, and making the connection member to vertically penetrate at the upper part. Technical Solution
[16] In providing a crib type vegetation and shore protection block for achieving the object described above, a crib type vegetation and shore protection block is provided which is easy in angle adjustment and can be rigidly assembled by manufacturing cribs of synthetic resin material instead of the preservative treated wood harmful to the aquatic plant, and by assembling the cribs by using a connection piece of synthetic resin material instead of connection method by an iron bolt.
[17] Furthermore, a planting means is provided in the assembled crib type vegetation and shore protection block to enable the plantation of the aquatic plant, a bouyancy means is provided in which the vegetation position of the plant is adjusted according to the variation of the water level so that the planting means planted with plant can always be floated, in addition, a low step of the crib type vegetation and shore protection block is provided so that a lot of water can flow, and a tripod is provided at the portion where the step is generated to secure the inclination angle of the fishway to be slow as far as possible so as to provide a safe and easy mobility environment for fishes irrespective of the flow rate and the flow velocity of the water.
[18] In addition, the assembly block or the engaging block is constructed to be able tobe provided in the form in which the inclination angle of the portion where the crib connected in transverse direction and the crib connected in longitudinal direction cross each other, and at the time of assembling the cribs into the crib block, the shape of sides of the hexahedron can have not only the rectangular but also shape (including a trapezoid or lozenge) having various angles, so that the cribs can be tightly connected at the time of burying them at the inclined surface of the shore or bank of the watercourse having the indentation or stacking on the ground, so that the play is not generated at the connection portion between the crib blocks.
Advantageous Effects
[19] According to the present invention, first, the mateial used in the present invention is the synthetic resin which can be quickly manufactured by the extrusion method, and since it is light due to the characteristics of the material, construction is convenient and it reduces heavy work load, whereby the work period and the number of workers can be reduced, and the crib type vegetation and shore protection block assembled and installed by being engaged has a high strength and the price is low.
[20] In addition, the crib type vegetation and shore protection block of the present invention is safe being different in the material from the conventional crib type vegetation and shore protection block made of preservative treated wood, and create a beneficial environment for the growth of the microorganisms so as to preserve the underwater ecosystem.
[21] Secondly, iron bolts are not used as the connection means at the time of connecting the plurality of frames, and the combining connection pieces made of the synthetic resin material is used for assembly, so that the crib type vegetation and shore protection block can be used rigidly and for long period without the ersion due to the iron bolts.
[22] Thirdly, the crib type vegetation and shore protection block having various trapezoidal shapes are assembled through the assembly blocks having various angles so as to be easily constructed along the inclined surface of the watercourse forming an indentation, so as to secure the rigid crib type vegetation and shore protection block.
[23] Fourthly, the aquatic plants planted through the planting means not only effectively naturally purify the contaminated river water but also increase the self purification capability of the watercourse, and the planting means provides a spawning mat for the fishes and a safe protection area for young fishes by enabling inflow and outflow of the water between the frames according to the change of the water depth and inflow of the air.
[24] Fifthly, the vegetation position of the plants is adjusted accoding to the change of the water level, so that the planting means planted with plants is always floated on the water surface, so that the phenomenon of drying out of the plants occurred at the time of the dry season is prevented.
[25] Sixthly, by forming the step of the crib type vegetation and shore protection block so that a lot of water can flow at the inclined surface and by forming the tripod at the portion having the step, there is an effect that the inclination degree of the fishway is secured to be slow as far as possible, so as to provide a safe and easy mobile environment for the fish irrespective of the flow rate and the flow velocity of the discharged water. Mode for the Invention [40] To achieve the object described above, a crib type vegetation and shore protection block combining a fishway facility function, of the present invention, which is installed at the bottom and the side of the watercourse, comprises: [41] a plurality of frames respectively formed with penetration holes at both ends in an elongated haxahedron shape; [42] an assembly block, in which insertion parts are formed to correspond to said frames so that said frames can be inserted and assembled in longitudinal and transverse directions, and penetration holes are formed at positions corresponding to penetration holes of said frames so as to be vertically penetrated by combining connection pieces after said frames are assembled; and
[43] fixing means for fixing the utmost bottom of said combining connection pieces after said penetration holes of said frames are penetrated by said combining connection pieces.
[44] A detailed description of preferred embodiments of the present invention will be given below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[45] Fig. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a crib type vegetation and shore protection block combining a fishway facility function of the present invention, wherein the block comprises: a plurality of frames 200 respectively formed with penetration holes 210 at both ends in an elongated haxahedron shape; an assembly block 400, in which insertion parts 300 are formed to correspond to said frames 200 so that said frames 200 can be inserted and assembled in longitudinal and transverse directions, and penetration holes 410 are formed at positions corresponding to penetration holes 210 of said frames 200 so as to be vertically penetrated by combining connection pieces 500 after said frames 200 are assembled; and fixing means 510 for fixing the utmost bottom of said combining connection pieces 500 after said penetration holes 210 of said frames 200 are penetrated by said combining connection pieces 500.
[46] In addition, the assembly block can be assembled by using connection pieces at the sides so that when the assembly blocks are respectively destroyed due to the external impact so that the replacement work is required, only the destroyed assembly block can be seperately replaced without dismantling the whole crib type vegetation and shore protection block. The crib type vegetation and shore protection block comprises the assembly block 400 of the trapezoid in which the penetration hole 420 is formed, at the position corresponding to the penetration hole 220 of the frame 200, in the inner surface of the assembly block 400 where the insertion part 300 is not formed, so that the combining connection piece 520 can horizontally penetrate the penetration hole 420.
[47] Furthermore, as shown in Fig. 2, the angle θ formed on the upper plain of the assembly blocks 400 where the frames 200 cross in transverse direction and longitudinal direction can have various angle within the range of 60° ~ 120°, so that if the assembly blocks 400 having different angles θ are respectively placed at each corner in four directions and the frames 200 are connected thereto, it is possible to make the structure of the entire crib type vegetation and shore protection block 100 to be a lozenge or a trapezoid shape. [48] Fig. 3 is a partially expanded perspective view showing in detail the structure of one embodiment of a frame of the present invention, wherein the frames 200 are engaged with the assembly blocks 400 at the time of manufacturing the crib type vegetation and shore protection block, and a body 201 is extrusion molded into a square bar shape by using a plastic material, and in the body 201, an insertion hole 204 is formed so as to penetrate the body 201 from a front surface to a rear surface.
[49] Forming the insertion hole 204 in the body 201 reduces the weight of the crib wood
1, and improves the durability of the crib wood 1 and provides a place for culturing and inhabitation of the microorganisms by inserting in the insertion hole 204 a reinforcing core 203 having a different property than the body 201.
[50] It is especially preferable to use polyethylene and polypropylene, which has excellent strength and with which the extrusion molding is easy, to the plastic material constituting the body 201.
[51] In addition, the reinforcing core 203 is inserted into the insertion hole 204 in the longitudinal direction of the body 201 to improve the durability due to the reinforcement of strength and for the culturing and inhabitation of the microorganisms.
[52] The reinforcing core 203 is made by binding a number of strands which are made by twisting straws 207 which are nature_friendly and easily availble in the perimeter, and again twisting the binded strands in the form of a rope.
[53] Therefore, since the reinforcing core 203 is inserted into the insertion hole 204 like a screw by twisting the straws 207, it provides an excellent strength by uniformly supporting the body 201 even if an impact is applied to the body 201 externally in variou direction, and the reinforcing core 203 can have the same effect even when the reinforcing core 203 is made by twisting a vegetable fiber (for example, Manila, etc.) instead of the straw 207 in case the straw 207 is not availble.
[54] In addition, on the top surface of the body 201, vibration prevention protrusions 202 are arranged in all directions so as to prevent sliding of the observers stepping on the crib type vegetation and shore protection block and to isolate the noise due to the impact tranmitted from the outside, and the reason of arranging the vibration prevention protrusions 202 is to prevent the sliding of people and minimize the noise generation by reducing the area of contact between a shoe sole and the top surface of the frame 200, since the fish, insect and frog are supprised even by the sound of steps of people observing the ecosystem and hide away. It can be considered that the vibration prevention protrusions 202 formed on the body 201 protrude in the form of a hemisphere in the process of molding.
[55] On the one hand, fine holes 206 of a predetermined size are punched along both sides of the body 201 so as to communicate with the insertion hole 204 formed inside of the body 201, and the microorganisms can, of course, go in and out of the reinforcing core 203 through the fine holes 206, and the microorganisms can be cultured and inhabited at the reinforcing core 203, and a structure can be considered in which an indented portion 205 having a vertically indented shape is integrally formed in the longitudinal direction of the body 201 on both sides of the frame 200, so that small insects or frogs can move without sliding down.
[56] An invention is shown in Fig. 4 in which a projection foremd by the frames 200 which are assmbled to the assembly blocks 400 in trasverse and longitudinal directions so as to cross each other is removed.
[57] Fig. 4 is a perspective view showing the condition in which the frame is connected with the assembly block of the present invention, wherein the structure is constituted by a pluality of frames 200 and assembly blocks 600. The plurality of frames 200 have an elongated hexahedron, and penetration holes (not shown) are formed on top surfaces of both ends of the frames 200, and the side surfaces of both ends are cut with inclination. The assembly blocks 600 have a pentagon shape, and penetration holes 610 are formed at positions corresponding to the penetration holes on both ends of the frames 200, so that the cutting surfaces of the frames 200 on the side surfaces on both ends of the frames 200 are abutted to each other in trasverse and longitudinal directions, and both ends are penetrated by the combining connection pieces 500, and a fixing means can be connected to the bottom of the combining connection pieces 500.
[58] For the material of the frames 200, assembly blocks 400, combining connection pieces 500 and assembly blocks 600, one or more of polyethylene, polypropylene, polymer having no cancerogenic substance is used.
[59] The synthetic resin described above can be quickly manufactured by the extrusion method, and since it is light due to the characteristics of the material, construction is convenient and it reduces heavy work load, whereby the work period and the number of workers can be reduced, and the crib type vegetation and shore protection block assembled and installed by being engaged has a high strength and the price is low.
[60] In addition, the crib type vegetation and shore protection block of the present invention is safe being different in the material from the conventional crib type vegetation and shore protection block made of preservative treated wood, and create a beneficial environment for the growth of the microorganisms so as to preserve the underwater ecosystem.
[61] In the prio art, iron bolts are used as the connection means at the time of connecting the plurality of frames, however, in the present invention, the combining connection pieces 500 made of the polymer material having no cancerogenic substance is used for assembly, so that the crib type vegetation and shore protection block can be used rigidly and for long period without the ersion due to the iron bolts.
[62] Fig. 5 and Fig. 6 are perspective views of one embodiment of the connection by means of the various assembly blocks according to the present invention, wherein the crib type vegetation and shore protection block having various trapezoidal shapes are assembled through the assembly blocks having various angles so as to be easily constructed along the inclined surface of the watercourse forming an indentation, so as to secure the rigid crib type vegetation and shore protection block.
[63] Fig. 7 is a side sectional view of one embodiment of crib type vegetation and shore protection block of the present invention, wherein a planting means 700 filled with an absorbing body 710 therein is vertically fitted in the crib type vegetation and shore protection block, and the planting means 700 is supported by a weight 730 filled in the residuray space.
[64] For the absorbing body 710, preferably either one of resin filter and sponge is selected.
[65] For the weight 730 filled in the crib type vegetation and shore protection block, preferably either one of stone, ceramic material and soil is selected, or two or more of them are mixed.
[66] The aquatic plants planted through the planting means 700 described above not only effectively naturally purify the contaminated river water but also increase the self purification capability of the watercourse, and the planting means 700 provides a spawning mat for the fishes and a safe protection area for young fishes by enabling inflow and outflow of the water between the frames according to the change of the water depth and inflow of the air.
[67] Fig. 8 is a side sectional view of other embodiment of crib type vegetation and shore protection block of the present invention, wherein the planting means are removed, and a vegetation member 731 is provided on top of the weight 730 filled in the crib type vegetation and shore protection block so that the grasses and trees are grown, and it can be considered to provide a variety of vegetation environment or low center of gravity design by changing the material going from the bottom to the top of the weight 730.
[68] Fig. 9 is perspective view of the appearance of a buoyancy means of the present invention, wherein the planting means 700 is fitted with a bouyancy means 800 having the bouyancy, so that the planting means 700 is moved up and down in accordance to the change of the water level so as to be floated on the water surface.
[69] The vegetation position of the plants is adjusted accoding to the change of the water level through the bouyancy means 800 described above so that the planting means planted with plants is always floated on the water surface, so that the phenomenon of drying out of the plants occurred at the time of the dry season is prevented.
[70] Fig. 10 and Fig. 11 are perspective view showing the usage of various embodiment of a crib type vegetation and shore protection block combining a fishway facility function of the present invention.
[71] In particular, the crib type vegetation and shore protection block 100 shown in Fig.
10 is a crib type vegetation and shore protection block combining a fishway facility function which is characterized in that the crib is assembled in such a way that the height of the assembled crib type vegetation and shore protection block 100 is varied, so that the step generated when one side of the neighboring crib type vegetation and shore protection block 100 is low is formed continuously on the front, rear, left and right, so that when the water level of the river, lake or the watercourse is low, the water flows to one side having low step, and Fig. 11 shows a fishway formed in such a way that the height of crib type vegetation and shore protection block 100 is varied, and a tripod 900 is installed which forms an inclination of 45 degree at a portion where the step of the neighboring crib type vegetation and shore protection block 100 is formed, so that the fishes can easily go and come over.
[72] By forming the step of the crib type vegetation and shore protection block 100 so that a lot of water can flow at the inclined surface and by forming the tripod at the portion having the step as described above, there is an effect that the inclination degree of the fishway is secured to be slow as far as possible, so as to provide a safe and easy mobile environment for the fish irrespective of the flow rate and the flow velocity of the discharged water.
[73] Fig. 12 is a diagram showing the usage of installing the crib type vegetation and shore protection block combining a fishway facility function of the present invention at the watercourse, which can be easily constructed along the inclined surface or bottom of the watercourse consisting the indentation and secure the rigidity of the crib type vegetation and shore protection block.
[74] Fig. 13 is a partially expanded diagram showing the usage of installing the crib type vegetation and shore protection block of the present invention at the watercourse shore in an indented shape, wherein the block in which the inclination angle is varied irrespective of the indentation along the inclined surface or bottom of the watercourse shore constituting the indentation is provided so as to be easily constructed, and the rigidity of thr crib type vegetation and shore protection block is secured.
[75] In particular, in the crib type vegetation and shore protection block 100 shown in Fig.
14, the crib type vegetation and shore protection block 100 is installed at the inclined surface of the watercourse or the bank in such a way that, first, the inclined surface in horizontally pounded, then the crib type vegetation and shore protection blocks 100 are stacked so as to produce the steps between the blocks 100 according to the height, whereby the velocity with which the sediments or the like are flown into the watercourse due to the flood disaster or the like can be reduced by the steps, and when the breast wall or the partitioning wall is destroyed, the broken pieces are not flown into the watercourse but caught by the thresholds of the steps so as to make it easy to remove the broken pieces at the time of recovery from the flood damage.
[76] The present invention can be installed at the watercourse, lake, seashore or the like including the watercourse constituting the indentation, can be used as the fishway facility at the dam, the breakwater or the like which impairs the mobility of fishes, and enables the plantation of the aquatic plants so as to be used as the underwater facility at the park.
[77] In addition, the present invention has the environment friendly material in consideration of the ecology environment and has the rigidity, so that when it is installed as the vegetation and shore protection block, it can provide the semi-permanent functionality and durability, and the present invention provides the functional vegetation and shore protection block in which the inclination angle of the plane can be freely designed so that the connection between the blocks can be smoothly performed without void and the connection force is excellent, so as to be very excellent in its industrial availability.
[78] The description given above is based on the accompanying drawings, however, anyone familiar with the field of the present invention can modify or change in various ways with reference to the description given above, and it is appreciated that such changes are identical with or equivalent to the technical thought of the present invention so as to be within the scope of the claims of the present invention.
