Abstract

タービン軸の外周にタービン羽根の翼脚を嵌め込むための断面クリスマスツリー状の溝を切削加工により創生するに当たり、切れ刃をメス溝中心線（Ｓ）に平行な軸心（４７）の周りに回転させながら軸心（４７）に垂直な方向へ徐々に移動させることによって切削する。３個の幅広部（４，５，６）を１個ずつ切削する。第１の切削工具（４０）を用いて斜面部、外周部およびアンダカット部を切削する第１切削ステップと、第２の切削工具を用いてくびれ部を切削する第２切削ステップと、を有する。
