Abstract

【課題】腫瘍特異的な遺伝子であるＴＥＲＴ遺伝子のｍＲＮＡを高感度に検出すること、及び、それを用いて腫瘍の診断を行うことを目的とする。 【解決手段】本発明によれば、逆転写前に高温加熱することを特徴とするＴＥＲＴ遺伝子のｍＲＮＡの増幅・検出方法およびそれを用いた腫瘍の診断、およびＴＥＲＴ遺伝子のｍＲＮＡの増幅・検出方法に好適なプライマーセット、およびそれを用いた診断キットが提供される。
