Abstract
式(1)で表されることを特徴とするフタロシアニン化合物は、チタニアに対して良好な親和性を有しており、有機太陽電池などの有機薄膜として好適に利用できる。
〔式中、Mは、水素原子または中心金属を示し、Z1およびZ2は、それぞれ独立して、水酸基、炭素数1~18のアルコキシ基、またはフェニル基を示し、Arは、式(2)~(12)から選ばれる少なくとも1種のアリール基を示す。
(式(2)~(12)中、R1~R103は、それぞれ独立して、水素原子、ハロゲン原子、水酸基、アミノ基、シラノール基、チオール基、カルボキシル基、リン酸基、リン酸エステル基、エステル基、チオエステル基、アミド基、ニトロ基、一価炭化水素基、オルガノオキシ基、オルガノアミノ基、オルガノシリル基、オルガノチオ基、アシル基、またはスルホン基を示す。)〕
