Abstract

 本発明は、放射線照射による発光の発光効率を向上させることで発光輝度を向上させ、さらに、鮮鋭性(MTF)をも向上させたシンチレータプレートを提供する。このシンチレータプレートは、基板上に蛍光体粒子をバインダーに分散した塗布液を塗布・乾燥して形成した蛍光体層を具備したシンチレータプレートにおいて、当該蛍光体粒子が多孔質蛍光体粒子であることを特徴とする。
