Abstract
二分割された駆動電極層に分極電圧を印加するタイミングを互いに時間的にずらすことにより、駆動電極層の分割部での亀裂の発生を防止し、分極処理された積層型圧電/電歪素子の共振周波数の個体ばらつきを小さく抑えられる。
