Abstract
Die Erfindung umfasst einen Kombinationsbrenner für die Vergasung staubförmiger Brennstoffe mit einem freien Sauerstoff enthaltenden Oxidationsmittel bei Umgebungs- oder höheren Drücken, sowie Temperaturen zwischen 800-1800oC, wobei die Zündvorrichtung des Pilotbrenners mit Flammüberwachung und der Staubbrenner als Kombinationsbrenner integriert sind und alle Betriebskanäle voneinander getrennt bis zum Brennermund geführt und die von den Kanälen geführten Medien erst am Brennermund gemischt werden. Bei Demontage des Pilotbrenners können die auf seiner Hülle befestigten Wirbelkörper (14) in der Hauptbrenneroxydationsmittel-Zuführung (17) schnell und einfach gewechselt werden und somit die Hauptbrennerflamme optimal an die Reaktionsraumkontur des Reaktors angepasst werden.
