本发明涉及通信服务技术领域, 尤其涉及一种实现彩铃、 彩振播放的方 法、 系统及彩铃中心。 背景技术
目前, 通信运营商提供的铃音播放业务包括: 彩铃业务和彩振业务。 彩铃业务是一项由被叫用户定制, 为主叫用户提供一段悦耳的音乐、 视 频片断或一句问候语来替代普通回铃音的业务。 用户签约为彩铃业务用户后, 可以通过网络、 拨打接入码等多种方式定制彩铃。 现有彩铃业务分为: 个人彩铃业务和群组彩铃业务, 其中, 签约个人彩 铃业务的用户为不同的主叫用户播放同一种预先定制的彩铃; 签约群组彩铃 业务的用户对主叫用户进行了分组, 为每个组定制了彩铃, 并为主叫用户播 放预先定制的主叫用户所在群组的彩铃。 现有技术提供了两种在电路(Circuit Switch, CS)域实现群组彩铃业 务的方法, 第一种方法请参见附图 1, 包括如下步骤: 步骤 101: 归属位置寄存器(Home Location Register, HLR )在被叫用 户预先设置的群组集中查询主叫号码所在的群组; 步骤 102: HLR将查询得到的主叫用户所在群组的前缀码返回至移动交换 中心 (Mobile Switching Center, MSC ); 步骤 103: MSC触发到彩铃中心的呼叫, 并在呼叫中携带 HLR返回的前缀 码; 步骤 104: 彩铃中心根据呼叫中携带的前缀码, 在主叫群组与彩铃对应关 系信息中查询对应的彩铃并播放。 在上述方法中, 被叫用户预先设置的群组集存储在 HLR 中, 群组集中包 括至少一个一般群组和一个缺省群组; 每个一般群组对应一个一般前缀码, 并且包括需要播放同一种彩铃的主叫号码列表; 所述缺省群组对应一个缺省 前缀码。 现有技术提供的另一种实现群组彩铃业务的方法与前文所述方法的区别 在于: 访问位置寄存器 (Vi s i tor Locat ion Regi s ter , VLR )在被叫用户预先 设置的群组集中查询主叫号码所在的群组, 并将查询得到的主叫用户所在群 组的前缀码返回至 MSC。 在该方法中, 被叫用户预先设置的群组集存储在 VLR 中。 彩振业务是一项由主叫用户定制, 为被叫用户提供一段悦耳的音乐、 视 频片断或一句问候语来替代普通振铃音的业务。 用户签约为彩振业务用户后, 可以通过网络、 拨打接入码等多种方式定制彩振。 发明内容
本发明一实施例要解决的技术问题是提供一种实现彩铃播放的方法、 系 统及彩铃中心, 能够实现与其他系统共享群组信息。 为解决上述技术问题, 本发明实施例提供一种实现彩铃播放的方法, 包 括: 彩铃中心接收主叫用户的呼叫请求, 从符合标准规范的群组管理部件中 获取群组标识; 所述彩铃中心将所述群组标识, 与被叫用户预先设置的群组标识与彩铃 对应关系中的群组标识进行匹配, 并向主叫用户播放群组标识相匹配的彩铃。 本发明实施例还提供一种彩铃中心, 包括: 呼叫接收单元, 第一群组标 识获取单元, 彩铃查找及播放单元; 所述呼叫接收单元, 用于接收主叫用户的呼叫请求; 所述第一群组标识获取单元, 用于从符合标准规范的群组管理部件中获 取群组标识; 所述彩铃查找及播放单元, 用于将所述群组标识与被叫用户预置的群组 标识与彩铃对应关系中的群组标识进行匹配, 并向主叫用户播放群组标识相 匹配的彩铃。 本发明实施例还提供一种实现彩铃播放的系统, 包括: 彩铃中心、 第一 呼叫转接装置和符合标准规范的群组管理部件, 其中, 所述第一呼叫转接装置, 获取主叫用户的呼叫请求, 并将所述呼叫请求 转接至彩铃中心; 所述符合标准规范的群组管理部件, 用于存储用户预先设置的群组信息 群组标识; 所述彩铃中心, 接收所述主叫用户的呼叫请求, 从符合标准规范的群组 管理部件中获取群组标识, 将所述群组标识与被叫用户预置的群组标识与彩 铃对应关系中的群组标识进行匹配, 并向主叫用户播放群组标识相匹配的彩 铃。 本发明一实施例提供的实现彩铃播放的方法以及系统中, 由彩铃中心查 询用户的群组信息, 并且确定主叫用户所在群组及该群组对应的彩铃。 因此, 在该实施例中, 用户预先设置的群组信息可以存储在符合标准规范的群组管 理部件中, 并且, 由于符合标准规范的群组管理部件中管理的群组信息符合 标准的通信规范, 所以其他系统也需要使用群组信息的系统比如计费系统, 消息系统等也可以共享彩铃业务中的群组信息, 避免了重复定义群组信息的 问题, 节约了系统资源。 本发明另一实施例要解决的技术问题是提供一种实现彩振播放的方法及 系统, 能够在 PS域实现群组彩振业务。 为解决上述技术问题, 本发明实施例提供一种实现彩振播放的方法, 包 括:
彩振中心接收主叫用户的呼叫请求, 从符合标准规范的群组管理部件中 获取群组标识; 所述彩振中心将所述群组标识, 与主叫用户预先设置的群组标识与彩振 对应关系中的群组标识进行匹配, 并向被叫用户播放群组标识相匹配的彩振 本发明实施例还提供一种实现振铃播放的系统, 包括: 彩振中心, 符合 标准规范的群组管理部件, 第二呼叫转接装置;
所述第二呼叫转接装置, 获取主叫用户的呼叫请求, 若判断得到主叫用 户签约了彩振业务, 则将所述呼叫请求转接至彩振中心; 所述符合标准规范的群组管理部件, 用于存储用户预先设置的群组标识; 所述彩振中心, 用于接收所述主叫用户的呼叫请求, 从符合标准规范的 群组管理部件中获取群组标识, 将所述群组标识与主叫用户预置的群组标识 与彩振对应关系中的群组标识进行匹配, 并向被叫用户播放群组标识相匹配 的彩振。 本发明另一实施例提供的实现彩振播放的方法以及系统中, 彩振中心在 接收到主叫用户的呼叫请求后, 通过与符合标准规范的群组管理部件进行信 息交互, 以及, 根据主叫用户预先设置的群组标识与彩振对应关系, 确定向 被叫用户播放的彩振, 在 PS域实现了群组彩振业务, 并且, 进一步, 由于符 合标准规范的群组管理部件中管理的群组信息符合标准的通信规范, 所以其 他系统也需要使用群组信息的系统比如计费系统, 消息系统, 彩铃系统等也 可以共享彩振业务中的群组信息, 避免了重复定义群组信息的问题, 节约了 系统资源。 附图说明

为使本发明的目的、 技术方案、 及优点更加清楚明白, 以下参照附图对 本发明实施例进行详细说明。 首先, 对本发明实施例提供的实现彩铃播放的系统进行总体描述, 请参 见图 2, 包括: 第一呼叫转接装置 201, 彩铃中心 202, 以及符合标准规范的 群组管理部件 203; 其中,第一呼叫转接装置 201 ,根据主叫用户呼叫请求中携带的被叫号码, 获取被叫用户的签约信息, 判断被叫用户是否签约了彩铃业务, 如果是, 则 将主叫用户的呼叫请求转接至彩铃中心 202; 彩铃中心 202,接收主叫用户的呼叫请求,从符合标准规范的群组管理部 件 203 中获取群组标识, 将该群组标识与被叫用户预置的群组标识与彩铃对 应关系中的群组标识进行匹配, 并向主叫用户播放群组标识相匹配的彩铃。 请参见附图 3, 介绍本发明实施例提供的实现彩铃播放的方法, 包括: 步骤 301: 彩铃中心接收主叫用户的呼叫请求; 步骤 302: 彩铃中心从符合标准规范的群组管理部件中获取群组标识; 步骤 303: 彩铃中心将步骤 302中获得的群组标识, 与被叫用户预置的群 组标识与彩铃对应关系中的群组标识进行匹配, 并向主叫用户播放群组标识 相匹配的彩铃。 在本发明实施例中, 所述群组标识相匹配指的是群组标识相同。 在本发明实施例中, 符合标准规范的群组管理部件可以是可扩展标志语 言数据管理服务器的群组管理部件( XML Document Management Specification Group, XDMS Group), 也可以是其他以标准规范形式管理群组的部件, 并不 影响本发明实施例的实现。 其中, XDMS Group是开放移动联盟(Open Mobile Alliance, 0MA )定义 的一种群组存储和管理部件, 该部件中存储和管理的信息包括: 个人信息和 群组信息。 个人信息包括: 个人标识, 电话号码, SIP ( Session Initiation Protocol, 会话起始协议)终端号码等, 群组信息包括: 群组标识, 群组成 员列表等, 并且群组分为: 公有群组和私有群组; 公有群组是一个开放型的 群组, 群组成员可以获得其所在公有群组的信息, 而私有群组的群组信息除 对群组建立者可见外, 群组成员无法获知其所在私有群组的信息。 以下以符合标准规范的能力部件为 XDMS Group为例, 具体介绍本发明实 施例提供的实现彩铃播放的方法及系统。 在本发明实施例中, 第一呼叫转接装置 201可以是 MSC, 并且, 由 MSC, 彩铃中心及 XDMS Grou 构成的系统用于在 CS域实现彩铃播放。 当 MSC作为第一呼叫转接装置 201时, 由 MSC获取被叫用户的签约信息, 判断被叫用户是否签约了彩铃业务, 如果是, 则将主叫用户的呼叫请求转接 至彩铃中心; 其中, 在 CS域中, 用户的签约信息保存在 HLR中。 彩铃中心 202 , 接收主叫用户经由 MSC发起的呼叫请求, 从 XDMS Group 中获取群组标识, 将该群组标识与被叫用户预置的群组标识与彩铃对应关系 中的群组标识进行匹配, 并向主叫用户播放群组标识相匹配的彩铃。 请参见图 4 ,为本发明实施例提供的在 CS域实现彩铃播放的方法流程图 , 包括: 步骤 401 : MSC根据主叫用户呼叫请求中携带的被叫号码, 获取被叫用户 的签约信息, 判断被叫用户是否签约了彩铃业务, 如果是, 则将主叫用户的 呼叫请求转接至彩铃中心; 步骤 402: 彩铃中心接收主叫用户的呼叫请求, 并通过 XDMS Group用于 查询群组信息的接口, 向 X丽 S Group发送查询主叫用户预先设置群组的群组 标识的请求; 在本发明实施例中, XDMS Group用于查询群组信息的接口是基于 XCAP或 S0AP/WSDL等标准开放协议的接口。 步骤 403: X丽 S Group 响应上述请求, 并返回主叫用户预先设置群组的 群组标识至彩铃中心; 步骤 404: 彩铃中心将主叫用户的群组标识, 与被叫用户预置的群组标识 与彩铃对应关系中的群组标识进行匹配, 获得群组标识相匹配的彩铃; 步骤 405: 彩铃中心向主叫用户播放步骤 404中获得的彩铃。 通常情况下, 本发明实施例提供的方法主要适用于主叫用户为被叫用户 的公有群组成员时, 实现向主叫用户播放群组彩铃。 由前文叙述可知, 公有群组是一个开放型的群组, 公有群组中的每一个 成员均可获知该群组的信息。 在本发明实施例中, 被叫用户和主叫用户所属 的公有群组可以是主叫用户建立的, 也可以是被叫用户建立的, 还可以是第 三方建立的。 若被叫用户创建了一个群组标识为 groupl的公有群组,那么, XDMS Group 管理的被叫用户的群组信息中包括: 群组标识 groupl , 以及该群组的成员列 表, 成员列表中保存的是用户的电话号码; 并且, XDMS Group在获知用户设 置的群组是公有群组时, XDMS Group会在该群组的每个成员对应的群组信息 中添加群组标识 groupl , 以及群组成员列表。 如果主叫用户是被叫用户的公有群组成员, 那么, 在主叫用户对应的群 组信息中也存在被叫用户设置的公有群组的群组标识, 因此, 可以用主叫用 户的群组标识与被叫用户的群组彩铃策略中的群组标识进行匹配, 获得向主 叫用户播放的彩铃。 主叫用户以及第三方设置公有群组的过程可以根据上述过程类推, 此处 不再赘述。 总之, 公有群组中的每个成员的群组信息中都包括有其所属公有 群组的信息。 请参见附图 5 , 为本发明实施例提供的在 CS域实现彩铃播放的方法流程 图, 包括: 步骤 501 : MSC根据主叫用户呼叫请求中携带的被叫号码, 获取被叫用户 的签约信息, 判断被叫用户是否签约了彩铃业务, 如果是, 则将主叫用户的 呼叫请求转接至彩铃中心; 步骤 502 : 彩铃中心接收主叫用户的呼叫请求, 并通过 XDMS Group用于 查询群组信息的接口, 向 X丽 S Group发送在被叫用户预置的群组成员列表中 查询主叫号码所在群组的群组标识的请求; 步骤 503: X丽 S Group 响应上述请求, 在被叫用户的群组成员列表中查 询主叫用户所在群组的群组标识, 并将查询得到的群组标识返回至彩铃中心; 步骤 504 : 彩铃中心将步骤 503中获得的群组标识, 与被叫用户预置的群 组标识与彩铃对应关系中的群组标识进行匹配, 获得群组标识相匹配的彩铃; 步骤 505 : 彩铃中心向主叫用户播放步骤 504中获得的彩铃。 本发明实施例提供的方法通常用于主叫用户为被叫用户私有群组成员 时, 实现向主叫用户播放群组彩铃, 亦可用于当主叫用户为被叫用户公有群 组成员时, 实现向主叫用户播放群组彩铃。 在本发明其他实施例中, 第一呼叫转接装置 201 还可以是呼叫会话控制 功能 ( Ca l l S ta te Cont ro l Func t ion, CSCF )服务器或软交换服务器, 并且, 由 CSCF服务器或软交换服务器、 彩铃中心及 XDMS Group构成的系统用于在 PS域实现彩铃播放。 在 PS域实现彩铃播放的技术方案, 与前文已述的在 CS域实现彩铃业务 的技术方案的区别仅在于, 在 PS域中, 由 CSCF或软交换服务器获取被叫用 户的签约信息, 判断被叫用户是否签约了彩铃业务, 如果是, 则 CSCF或软交 换服务器将主叫用户的呼叫请求转接至彩铃中心。 并且, 在 PS域中, 用户的 签约信息保存在归属签约用户服务器 (Home Subs cr iber Server , HSS ) 中。 其他与在 CS域实现彩铃播放相同的处理流程, 请参见前文, 在此不再赘述。 彩铃使用一般分为彩铃设置和彩铃播放两个阶段, 以上具体介绍了本发 明实施例提供的彩铃播放过程的实现方法, 以下结合附图介绍本发明实施例 提供的设置群组彩铃的方法, 请参见图 6, 包括: 步骤 601: 客户端发送访问彩铃设置页面的请求至彩铃中心; 步骤 602: 彩铃中心根据用户标识, 通过调用 XDMS Group用于查询群组 信息的接口, 获取该用户预先设置的群组信息; 其中, 用户标识可以是用户的登陆名, 比如张三丰, 或者用户号码, 比 如手机号码 137****1102。 获取群组信息的请求示例如下:

I优先级 I时间段 I张三丰: office - tel I 845655** |茉莉花 I I优先级 I时间段 I张三丰: mobile I 135****0119 |茉莉花 I 当有用户呼叫签约个人彩铃业务的用户时, 彩铃中心根据被叫号码查询 彩铃, 然后播放彩铃。 此外, 用户会对保存在 XDMS Group中的群组信息及个人信息进行修改, 因此, 当 XDMS Group中的用户信息发生变化, 例如用户增加、 修改或者删除 一个电话号码时, 这些用户电话号码的变化需要发送到彩铃中心, 然后彩铃 中心需要根据用户修改后的信息自动配置彩铃。 例如, 上述示例中, 用户张三丰的手机号码由 135****0119 变更为 137****2890, XDMS Group将这些数据发送到彩铃中心后, 彩铃中心需要完成 如下变化: 删除: I优先级 I时间段 I张三丰: mobile | 135****0119 |茉莉花 | , 增加: I优先级 I时间段 I张三丰: mobile | 137****28901茉莉花 |。 以下具体介绍本发明实施例提供的在实现彩铃业务时将 XDMS Group的数 据发送到彩铃中心的方法。 本发明实施例以彩铃中心定时主动从 XDMS Grou 部件获取被修改的用户 号码为例, 说明数据更新的实现方式, 请参见图 9, 包括:
步骤 901: 彩铃中心周期性或者非周期性的向 XDMS Group发送获取被修 改的用户号码的请求; 步骤 902: X丽 S Group响应该请求, 返回用户修改的用户号码; 步骤 903: 彩铃中心判断该号码是否为新增加的号码, 如果是, 则进入步 骤 904, 如果否, 则该号码为被删除的电话号码, 进入步骤 905; 步骤 904: 彩铃中心将新增加的电话号码与该用户已设置的个人彩铃关 联, 并保存新增加的电话号码与该彩铃的对应关系; 步骤 905 : 彩铃中心删除该电话号码对应的与个人彩铃的关联关系; 步骤 906 : 彩铃中心判断该用户是否为最后一个, 如果是, 则结束, 如果 否, 则进入步骤 901。 在本发明其他实施例中, 设置个人彩铃的过程中, 也可以仅在彩铃中心 保存用户标识与彩铃的对应关系, 而无需将用户按照用户标识所设置的彩铃 播放策略, 转换为按照用户号码设置的彩铃播放策略。 若釆用上述彩铃设置过程, 那么, 实现个人彩铃播放的方法包括: 彩铃中心根据被叫用户号码, 向 XDMS Group获取对应的用户标识, 然后 彩铃中心在用户标识与彩铃的对应关系中, 查询彩铃并向主叫用户播放。 在 这里, 用户标识相当于前文已述的群组标识。 此外, 釆用上述仅在彩铃中心保存用户标识与彩铃的对应关系的彩铃设 置方法, 无需进行数据更新操作。
以上分别描述了本发明实施例提供的群组彩铃业务及个人彩铃业务的技 术方案, 如果一个用户既签约个人彩铃业务, 又签约群组彩铃业务, 则彩铃 中心可以既查询被叫用户的个人彩铃, 也查询被叫用户的群组彩铃, 若彩铃 中心查询得到既可以向主叫用户播放群组彩铃, 也可以播放个人彩铃, 则按 照被叫用户预先设置的优先级决定向主叫用户播放的彩铃, 若被叫用户设置 群组彩铃优先播放, 则播放群组彩铃, 若被叫用户设置个人彩铃优先播放, 则播放个人彩铃。
此外, 在具体实现时, 对于一个既签约个人彩铃业务, 也签约了群组彩 铃业务的被叫用户, 彩铃中心可以在判断得到被叫用户签约了彩铃业务的基 础上, 进一步判断是主叫用户的呼叫触发的是个人彩铃业务, 还是群组彩铃 业务, 如果触发的是群组彩铃业务, 则转入实现播放群组彩铃业务的流程, 如果触发的是个人彩铃业务, 则转入实现个人彩铃业务的流程。 本发明实施例还提供了一种彩铃中心, 请参见图 10A, 该彩铃中心包括: 呼叫接收单元 110, 第一群组标识获取单元 111 , 彩铃查找及播放单元 112; 其中, 呼叫接收单元 110, 用于接收主叫用户的呼叫请求; 第一群组标识获取单元 111 ,用于从符合标准规范的群组管理部件中获取 群组标识;
彩铃查找及播放单元 112 , 用于将所述群组标识, 与被叫用户预置的群组 标识与彩铃对应关系中的群组标识进行匹配, 并通过所述呼叫连接向主叫用 户播放群组标识相匹配的彩铃。
参见图 10B,如果上述彩铃中心用于主叫用户被被叫用户设置为私有群组 成员时, 实现彩铃播放, 则所述第一群组标识获取单元 111 具体包括: 第一 查询请求发送单元 1111 , 第一标识接收单元 1112;
所述第一查询请求发送单元 1111 ,用于向符合标准规范的群组管理部件, 发送在被叫用户预置的群组成员列表中查询主叫号码所在群组的群组标识的 请求;
所述第一标识接收单元 1112 , 用于接收所述符合标准规范的群组管理部 件返回的群组标识。
参见图 10C,如果上述彩铃中心用于主叫用户被被叫用户设置为公有群组 时, 实现彩铃播放, 则所述第一群组标识获取单元 111 具体包括: 第二查询 请求发送单元 1113 , 第二标识接收单元 1114;
所述第二查询请求发送单元 1113 ,用于向符合标准规范的群组管理部件, 发送查询主叫用户预先设置群组的群组标识的请求;
所述第二标识接收单元 1114 , 用于接收所述符合标准规范的群组管理部 件返回的群组标识。
参见图 10B、 图 10C , 如果用户既签约了个人彩铃业务, 又签约了群组彩 铃业务, 则所述彩铃中心进一步包括: 彩铃业务判断单元 113, 个人彩铃查找 及播放单元 114. 彩铃业务判断单元 113, 若判断得到主叫用户触发的是群组彩铃业务, 则 触发第一群组标识获取单元 111, 若判断得到主叫用户触发的是个人彩铃业 务, 则触发个人彩铃查找及播放单元 114; 个人彩铃查找及播放单元 114, 用于根据被叫号码, 在被叫用户预置的被 叫号码与彩铃的对应关系中查找彩铃, 并播放。 在实现个人彩铃业务的过程中, 为了更新彩铃中心保存的被叫用户号码 与彩铃的对应关系, 上述彩铃中心还包括: 数据同步单元 115, 用于从符合标准规范的群组管理部件中获取被叫号 码;
个人彩铃更新单元 116,根据所述被叫号码, 更新预置的被叫号码与彩铃 的对应关系。 以上具体介绍了本发明实施例提供的实现彩铃播放的方法、 系统及相关 设备, 以下结合附图对实现彩振播放的方法及系统进行具体介绍。 请参见图 11,为本发明实施例提供的在 PS域实现彩振播放的系统组成示 意图, 包括: 第二呼叫转接装置 120, 彩振中心 121、 符合标准规范的群组管 理部件 123; 其中, 第二呼叫转接装置 120可以是 CSCF, 也可以是软交换服 务器。
其中, 第二呼叫转接装置 120, 用于根据主叫用户的签约信息, 判断主叫 用户是否签约了彩振业务, 如果是, 则将主叫用户的呼叫请求转接至彩振中 心 121; 彩振中心 121,接收主叫用户的呼叫请求, 并与被叫用户建立彩振早期媒 体会话, 从符合标准规范的群组管理部件 123 中获取群组标识, 并将该群组 标识与主叫用户预置的群组标识与彩振对应关系中的群组标识进行匹配, 并 向被叫用户播放群组标识相匹配的彩振。 其中, 符合标准规范的群组管理部件 123可以是 XDMS Group , 也可以是 其他以标准规范形式管理群组信息的部件。 请参见图 12 , 为本发明实施例提供的实现彩振播放的方法, 包括: 步骤 1 30: 彩振中心接收主叫用户的呼叫请求; 步骤 1 31 : 彩振中心从符合标准规范的群组管理部件中获取群组标识; 步骤 1 32 : 彩振中心将所述群组标识, 与主叫用户预先设置的群组标识与 彩振对应关系中的群组标识进行匹配; 步骤 1 33: 彩振中心向被叫用户播放群组标识相匹配的彩振。 与前文已述的实现彩铃播放的方法类似, 在彩振播放过程中, 若彩振中 心从符合标准规范的群组管理部件中获取的群组标识是被叫用户的群组标 识, 则该方法主要适用于被叫用户为主叫用户的公有群组成员时, 实现向被 叫用户播放彩振。
若彩振中心从符合标准规范的群组管理部件中获取的群组标识是:主叫 用户的群组标识, 并且,主叫用户设置了多个群组时, 则彩铃中心还需要进一 步获取主叫用户的群组成员列表, 彩铃中心根据被叫号码, 在主叫用户的群 组成员列表中查询被叫用户所在的群组, 确定该群组的群组标识, 再将该群 组标识,与主叫用户预先设置的群组标识与彩振对应关系中的群组标识,进行 匹配, 获得向被叫用户播放的振铃。 无论被叫用户被主叫用户设置为公有群 组成员, 还是私有群组成员, 该方法均可以实现向被叫用户播放彩振。 本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分步骤 是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成, 所述的程序可以存储于一种计算机 可读存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 包括如下步骤: 一种实现彩铃播放的方法, 包括:
彩铃中心接收主叫用户的呼叫请求, 从符合标准规范的群组管理部件中 获取群组标识; 所述彩铃中心将所述群组标识, 与被叫用户预先设置的群组标识与彩铃 对应关系中的群组标识进行匹配, 并向主叫用户播放群组标识相匹配的彩铃。
一种实现彩振播放的方法, 包括: 彩振中心接收主叫用户的呼叫请求, 从符合标准规范的群组管理部件中 获取群组标识; 所述彩振中心将所述群组标识, 与主叫用户预先设置的群组标识与彩振 对应关系中的群组标识进行匹配, 并向被叫用户播放群组标识相匹配的彩振。 上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储器, 磁盘或光盘等,也可以为只读存 储记忆体( Read-Only Memory, ROM )或随机存储记忆体( Random Acces s Memory, RAM )等。 本发明实施例提供的实现彩铃播放的方法中, 由彩铃中心查询用户的群 组信息, 并且确定主叫用户所在群组及该群组对应的彩铃。 因此, 在本发明 提供的实施例中, 用户预先设置的群组信息可以存储在符合标准规范的群组 管理部件中, 并且, 由于符合标准规范的群组管理部件中管理的群组信息符 合标准的通信规范, 所以其他系统也需要使用群组信息的系统比如计费系统, 消息系统等也可以共享彩铃业务中的群组信息, 避免了重复定义群组信息的 问题, 节约了系统资源。
并且, 本发明实施例提供的实现彩铃播放的方法不仅实现了在 CS域中的 彩铃播放业务, 还实现了在 PS域中的彩铃播放业务, 进一步, 在 PS域中的 实现的彩铃播放业务还克服现有技术在 CS域实现彩铃播放业务时的不足。 本发明实施例提供的实现彩振播放的方法中, 彩振中心在接收到主叫用 户的呼叫请求后, 通过与符合标准规范的群组管理部件进行信息交互, 以及, 根据主叫用户预先设置的群组标识与彩振对应关系, 确定向被叫用户播放的 彩振, 在 PS域实现了群组彩振业务, 并且, 进一步, 由于符合标准规范的群 组管理部件中管理的群组信息符合标准的通信规范, 所以其他系统也需要使 用群组信息的系统比如计费系统, 消息系统, 彩铃系统等也可以共享彩振业 务中的群组信息, 避免了重复定义群组信息的问题, 节约了系统资源。
以上对本发明所提供的一种实现铃音播放的方法、 系统及彩铃中心进行 了详细介绍, 对于本领域的一般技术人员, 依据本发明实施例的思想, 在具 体实施方式及应用范围上均会有改变之处, 综上所述, 本说明书内容不应理 解为对本发明的限制。

1、 一种实现彩铃播放的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
彩铃中心接收主叫用户的呼叫请求, 从符合标准规范的群组管理部件中获 取群组标识; 所述彩铃中心将所述群组标识, 与被叫用户预先设置的群组标识与彩铃对 应关系中的群组标识进行匹配, 并向主叫用户播放群组标识相匹配的彩铃。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的实现彩铃播放的方法, 其特征在于, 所述彩铃中心 从符合标准规范的群组管理部件中获取群组标识具体包括步骤: 所述彩铃中心向符合标准规范的群组管理部件, 发送查询主叫用户预先设 置群组的群组标识的请求; 所述彩铃中心接收所述符合标准规范的群组管理部件返回的群组标识。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的实现彩铃播放的方法, 其特征在于, 所述彩铃中心 从符合标准规范的群组管理部件中获取群组标识具体包括步骤: 所述彩铃中心向所述符合标准规范的群组管理部件, 发送在被叫用户预置 的群组成员列表中查询主叫号码所在群组的群组标识的请求; 所述彩铃中心接收所述符合标准规范的群组管理部件返回的群组标识。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的实现彩铃播放的方法, 其特征在于, 所述符合标准 规范的群组管理部件为可扩展标志语言数据管理服务器的群组管理部件。
5、 如权利要求 1或 4所述的实现彩铃播放的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述彩 铃中心接收主叫用户的呼叫请求后, 进一步包括: 所述彩铃中心判断所述主叫用户的呼叫请求触发的彩铃业务是否为个人彩 铃业务, 如果是, 则所述彩铃中心根据被叫号码, 在预置的被叫号码与彩铃的 对应关系中查找彩铃, 并播放。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的实现彩铃播放的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法进一 步包括: 所述彩铃中心从所述符合标准规范的群组管理部件中获取被叫号码, 并根 据所述被叫号码, 更新预置的被叫号码与彩铃的对应关系。
7、 一种彩铃中心, 其特征在于, 包括: 呼叫接收单元(110) , 第一群组标 识获取单元(111) , 彩铃查找及播放单元(112);
所述呼叫接收单元(110 ), 用于接收主叫用户的呼叫请求; 所述第一群组标识获取单元 (111 ), 用于从符合标准规范的群组管理部件 中获取群组标识;
所述彩铃查找及播放单元(112 ), 用于将所述群组标识与被叫用户预置的 群组标识与彩铃对应关系中的群组标识进行匹配, 并向主叫用户播放群组标识 相匹配的彩铃。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的彩铃中心, 其特征在于, 所述第一群组标识获取单 元(111)具体包括: 第一查询请求发送单元(1111 ), 第一标识接收单元(1112 ); 所述第一查询请求发送单元( 1111 ),用于向符合标准规范的群组管理部件, 发送在被叫用户预置的群组成员列表中查询主叫用户所在群组的群组标识的请 求;
所述第一标识接收单元(1112 ), 用于接收所述符合标准规范的群组管理部 件返回的群组标识。
9、 如权利要求 7所述的彩铃中心, 其特征在于, 所述第一群组标识获取单 元(111)具体包括: 第二查询请求发送单元(1113) , 第二标识接收单元(1114) ; 所述第二查询请求发送单元(1113), 用于向符合标准规范的群组管理部件, 发送查询主叫用户预先设置群组的群组标识的请求; 所述第二标识接收单元(1114), 用于接收所述符合标准规范的群组管理部 件返回的群组标识。
10、 如权利要求 7或 8或 9所述的彩铃中心, 其特征在于, 所述彩铃中心 进一步包括: 彩铃业务判断单元(11 3) , 个人彩铃查找及播放单元(114) ; 所述彩铃业务判断单元(11 3) , 若判断得到主叫用户的呼叫请求触发的是群 组彩铃业务, 则触发所述第一群组标识获取单元(111); 所述彩铃业务判断单元(11 3) , 若判断得到主叫用户的呼叫请求触发的是个 人彩铃业务, 则触发所述个人彩铃查找及播放单元(114); 所述个人彩铃查找及播放单元(114) , 用于根据被叫号码, 在预置的被叫号 码与彩铃的对应关系中查找彩铃, 并播放。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的彩铃中心, 其特征在于, 所述彩铃中心进一步包 括:
数据同步单元(1 15), 用于从符合标准规范的群组管理部件中获取被叫号 码;
个人彩铃更新单元(116) , 根据所述被叫号码, 更新预置的被叫号码与彩铃 的对应关系。
12、 一种实现彩铃播放的系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 彩铃中心(202)、 第一 呼叫转接装置(201)和符合标准规范的群组管理部件(203), 其中, 所述第一呼叫转接装置(201) , 获取主叫用户的呼叫请求, 并将所述呼叫请 求转接至彩铃中心; 所述符合标准规范的群组管理部件(203) , 用于存储用户预先设置的群组标 识;
所述彩铃中心(202) , 接收所述主叫用户的呼叫请求, 从符合标准规范的群 组管理部件中获取群组标识, 将所述群组标识与被叫用户预置的群组标识与彩 铃对应关系中的群组标识进行匹配, 并向主叫用户播放群组标识相匹配的彩铃。
1 3、 如权利要求 12所述的实现彩铃播放的系统, 其特征在于, 所述第一呼 叫转接装置(201)为呼叫会话控制功能服务器。
14、 如权利要求 12或 1 3所述的实现彩铃播放的系统, 其特征在于, 所述 符合标准规范的群组管理部件(203)为可扩展标志语言数据管理服务器的群组 管理部件。
15、 一种实现彩振播放的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
彩振中心接收主叫用户的呼叫请求, 从符合标准规范的群组管理部件中获 取群组标识; 所述彩振中心将所述群组标识, 与主叫用户预先设置的群组标识与彩振对 应关系中的群组标识进行匹配, 并向被叫用户播放群组标识相匹配的的彩振。
16、 如权利要求 15所述的实现彩振播放的方法, 其特征在于, 所述符合标 准规范的群组管理部件为可扩展标志语言数据管理服务器的群组管理部件。
17、 一种实现振铃播放的系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 彩振中心(121) , 符合 标准规范的群组管理部件(123), 第二呼叫转接装置(120);
所述第二呼叫转接装置(120) , 获取主叫用户的呼叫请求, 将所述呼叫请求 转接至彩振中心;
所述符合标准规范的群组管理部件(123) , 用于存储用户预先设置的群组标 识;
所述彩振中心(121) , 用于接收所述主叫用户的呼叫请求, 从符合标准规范 的群组管理部件中获取群组标识, 将所述群组标识与主叫用户预置的群组标识 与彩振对应关系中的群组标识进行匹配, 并向被叫用户播放群组标识相匹配的 彩振。
