本发明实施例提供的VoLTE通话回呼的实现方法、装置、终端及计算机存储介质,将主叫终端设置的多个号码通过SIP消息发送给被叫终端,使得被叫终端选择一个合适的号码进行回呼,提高了用户体验。

采用本实施例所述VoLTE通话回呼的实现方法,由于被叫终端存储有主叫终端的多个主叫用户号码,当被叫终端进行VoLTE通话回呼操作时,按照预设的优先权重,从所保存的多个主叫用户号码中选择一个最优用户号码进行回呼,能够解决因主叫用户未携带某主叫用户号码对应的终端而导致被叫用户在回呼时无法与该主叫用户联系的问题。
对应地,本发明实施例还记载了一种VoLTE通话回呼的实现方法,应用于主叫终端,所述实现方法包括:
主叫终端通过对多个主叫用户号码进行编辑设置,生成包含多个主叫用户号码的回拨号码列表;

采用本实施例所述VoLTE通话回呼的实现方法,由于主叫终端在通话开始或结束期间向被叫终端发送包含所述回拨号码列表的SIP信息,使得被叫终端能够通过所述SIP信息得到主叫终端的多个主叫用户号码,便于被叫终端在进行VoLTE通话回呼操作时,按照预设的优先权重,从所保存的多个主叫用户号码中选择一个最优用户号码进行回呼,能够解决因主叫用户未携带某主叫用户号码对应的终端而导致被叫用户在回呼时无法与该主叫用户联系的问题。
图2是本发明实施例提供的一种VoLTE通话回呼的实现装置示意图,如图2所示,包括:接收模块201、存储模块202以及回呼模块203。具体地说,所述接收模块201,配置为收到主叫终端在通话开始或结束期间传送的含有多个主叫用户号码的SIP信息后,对其进行解析;所述存储模块202,配置为将解析所述SIP信息得到的多个主叫用户号码保存到其存储装置中;所述回呼模块203,配置为在进行VoLTE通话回呼操作时,按照预设的优先权重,从所保存的多个主叫用户号码中选择一个最优用户号码进行回呼。
作为一种实施方式,所述存储模块202包括:存储单元,配置为被叫终端将所述SIP信息中的多个主叫用户号码进行解析,得到多个主叫用户号码,并将所得到的多个主叫用户号码保存到其存储装置中。
作为一种实施方式,所述回呼模块203包括:回拨单元,配置为被叫终端在进行VoLTE通话回呼操作时,按照预设的优先权重逐一查询所述回拨号码选取列表中的用户号码,并选择一个最优用户号码进行回呼。

需要说明的是,第一,编辑模块、发送模块均可由VoLTE通话回呼的实现装置中的CPU、MPU、DSP、或FPGA等实现。所述发送模块还可由位于VoLTE通话回呼的实现装置或所述实现装置所属终端中的天线以及天线的驱动电路实现。

对应地,本发明实施例还记载了一种用户终端,所述用户终端包括应用于被叫终端的VoLTE通话回呼的实现装置,以及应用于主叫终端的VoLTE通话回呼的实现装置。即,所述用户终端除了包括接收模块201、存储模块202、回呼模块203、生成模块204之外,还包括编辑模块和发送模块。这样,当所述用户终端作为被叫终端时,能够解析其他用户终端发送的SIP信息,并对所述SIP信息进行解析,将解析所述SIP信息得到的多个主叫用户号码保存到其存储装置中;进行VoLTE通话回呼操作时,按照预设的优先权重,从所保存的多个主叫用户号码中选择一个最优用户号码进行回呼。当所述用户终端作为主叫终端时,能对多个主叫用户号码进行编辑设置,生成包含多个主叫用户号码的回拨号码列表;在通话开始或结束期间向其他用户终端发送包含所述回拨号码列表的SIP信息。
本发明实施例利用IMS网络VoLTE呼叫技术,将主叫用户设置的多个号码通过SIP消息扩充在一次通话中同时发给对方,可以在通话开始Invite和通话结束IMS_SIP_BYE时进行发送。网络通过透传方式,多个号码都可以在对方通话记录中存储显示,以便被叫用户可以从中选择恰当的回拨号码进行回拨。其中,IMS的英文全称是IP Multimedia Subsystem,中文名称为IP多媒体子系统,IMS是一种全新的多媒体业务形式,它能够满足多媒体业务的需求。
具体地说,用户终端包含以下模块:设置模块,用户可以编辑设置自己的关联号码,以及对应的开关项,即在设置项中添加自动开启关闭选项;通讯模块,用来发送和接收VoLTE呼叫;保存模块,负责呼叫信息的存储,可以根据接收到的信息标志设置不同的图标,比如电信,移动,VoLTE电话,或者固定电话。
图3是本发明实施例提供的主叫用户A呼叫用户B的第一流程图,如 图3所示,在通话开始,按键拨通时进行用户A号码信息发送的过程,且用户A设置了发送本方多个附加号码的过程,用户B用以解析并存储多个号码过程,具体包括:
步骤S301:用户A选择将附加号码发送出去;
用户A准备呼叫,选择同时发送多号码至对方,其中,用户A可由设置项进行设置是否每次呼叫均传递多号码,多号码可以手动编辑或设置模块设置中读取。
步骤S302:用户A呼叫用户B;
用户A将设置的多号码通过SIP呼叫中Invite的additional_f发送给网络。格式如下:<sip:number,tag>,其中number为用户设置的主叫方号码,tag为标志。CMCC中国移动,CUCC中国联通,CHA中国电信,这3个tag仅为举例说明,并不限制此解释。

步骤S303:用户B接听,解析号码存储。
用户B接听电话,解析Invite中的additional_f域,将多个号码number1,number2,number3与对应的Tag分别解析存储。
作为一种可选实施方式,增加设置项,供用户选择,添加不同号码对应的标志。即可以根据Tag设置不同的图标,方便用户回拨时选择。
图4是本发明实施例提供的主叫用户A呼叫用户B的信令流程图,如图4所示,包括:
1)用户A,摘机对用户B发起呼叫,用户A首先向AS服务器发起邀请(Invite)请求。将多个number信息通过Invite发送给AS服务器。其中, AS服务器是Application Server的简称。
2)AS服务器回复100Trying给用户A说明收到Invite请求。
3)AS服务器通过认证确认用户认证已通过后,向被叫终端B转送Invite请求。
用户B解析invite请求,并将多号码存储。
4)用户B向AS服务器送呼叫处理中的应答消息,如100Trying。
5)被叫用户B振铃,用户振铃后,向AS服务器发送180Ringing振铃信息。
6)AS服务器向主叫终端A转送180Ringing振铃信息。
7)被叫终端B向AS服务器发送200OK消息,表明主叫最初的Invite请求已经处理成功。
8)AS服务器向主叫终端A转送200OK消息,通知主叫终端A,被叫终端B已经对Invite请求处理成功。
用户A与B进行正常的通话。
9)用户A主动挂机,A向AS服务器发起通话结束BYE信息。
10)AS服务器向被叫终端B转送BYE信息。
11)被叫终端B向AS服务器发送200OK消息,表示对BYE信息处理成功。
12)AS服务器向用户A转送200OK信息。
整个通话结束。
图5是本发明实施例提供的主叫用户A呼叫用户B的第二流程图,如图5所示,在通话结束,按键挂断时进行用户A号码信息发送的过程。且用户A设置了发送本方多个附加号码的过程,用户B用以解析并存储多个号码过程,具体包括:
步骤S501:用户A挂断电话,选择将附加号码发送出去。
示例性地,设置项可以设置是通过起呼时传输号码信息,或通话结束时传递,异或用户可以在通话Option Meun中进行单次通话的设置。
将设置的多号码通过SIP呼叫中IMS_SIP_BYE的additional_f发送给网络。格式如下:<sip:number,tag>,其中number为用户设置的主叫方号码,tag为标志。CMCC中国移动,CUCC中国联通,CHA中国电信,异或座机,家庭号码,这3个tag仅为举例说明,标志不局限与数字,字母,符号等。

步骤S502:用户B接收到A的挂断附加信息。
步骤S503:用户B解析号码存储,同时回复确认挂断。
用户B解析BYE中的additional_f域,将多个号码number1,number2,number3与对应的Tag分别解析存储,并回复确认挂断消息给网络。
作为一种可选实施方式,可以根据Tag设置不同的图标,方便用户回拨时选择。
图6是本发明实施例提供的回拨方式通话记录界面的示意图,如图6所示,解析SIP消息中的addtional_f:根据Tag值进行对应图标或符合显示,号码为解析number字段,用户点击选择不同的号码可以进行手动回呼。
图7是本发明实施例提供的用户B优选回拨主叫用户A的流程图,如图7所示,包括:
步骤S701:判断用户B的号码运营商、号码归属地以及注册状态;
注册状态包括是否注册上IMS网络,VoWIFI网络。
步骤S702:是否有同城的电话号码;
在回拨号码中列表是否有同城的电话号码,如果有则选择此号码作为优选回呼号码,进入步骤S705,如果没有则进入步骤S703。
步骤S703:回拨号码中是否有相同运营商的号码;
在回拨号码中列表选择是否有和用户B即当时用户相同运营商的号码,如果有则选择此号码作为优选回呼号码,进入步骤S705,如果没有则进入步骤S703。
步骤S704:是否有注册类型相同号码;
在回拨号码中列表选择是否和当前用户注册状态相同的号码。注册状态包括是否注册上IMS网络,VoWIFI网络。
步骤S705:默认显示。
优选回拨号码的显示。如果以上均无则默认显示对方号码,或排序第一的号码。
根据本发明实施例提供的方案,将主叫终端设置的多个号码通过SIP消息发送给被叫终端,使得被叫终端选择一个合适的号码进行回呼,提高了用户体验。

本发明实施例中,被叫终端收到主叫终端在通话开始或结束期间传送的含有多个主叫用户号码的SIP信息后,对其进行解析;被叫终端将解析所述SIP信息得到的多个主叫用户号码保存到其存储装置中;被叫终端在进行VoLTE通话回呼操作时,按照预设的优先权重,从所保存的多个主叫用户号码中选择一个最优用户号码进行回呼;如此,将主叫终端设置的多个号码通过SIP消息发送给被叫终端,使得被叫终端选择一个合适的号码 进行回呼,能解决拥有多个终端的用户因忘记携带某个终端而导致对方无法与之取得联系的问题。

  1. 一种VoLTE通话回呼的实现方法,包括:
    被叫终端收到主叫终端在通话开始或结束期间传送的含有多个主叫用户号码的SIP信息后,对其进行解析;
    被叫终端将解析所述SIP信息得到的多个主叫用户号码保存到其存储装置中;
    被叫终端在进行VoLTE通话回呼操作时,按照预设的优先权重,从所保存的多个主叫用户号码中选择一个最优用户号码进行回呼。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的实现方法,其中,所述被叫终端收到主叫终端在通话开始或结束期间传送的含有多个主叫用户号码的SIP信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述主叫终端通过对多个主叫用户号码进行编辑设置,生成包含多个主叫用户号码的回拨号码列表;
    所述主叫终端在通话开始或结束期间向所述被叫终端发送包含所述回拨号码列表的SIP信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的实现方法,其中,所述被叫终端将解析所述SIP信息得到的多个主叫用户号码保存到其存储装置中包括:
    所述被叫终端将所述SIP信息中的多个主叫用户号码进行解析,得到多个主叫用户号码;
    所述被叫终端将所得到的多个主叫用户号码保存到其存储装置中。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的实现方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    所述被叫终端通过对用户号码运营商、用户号码归属地以及用户号码注册状态进行优先权设置,生成包含用户号码运营商、用户号码归属地、用户号码注册状态及其优选权重的回拨号码选取列表;
    其中,所述用户号码注册状态包括注册IMS网络状态或注册VoWIFI 网络状态。

    被叫终端在进行VoLTE通话回呼操作时,按照预设的优先权重逐一查询所述回拨号码选取列表中的用户号码,并选择一个最优用户号码进行回呼。
  6. 一种VoLTE通话回呼的实现方法,包括:
    主叫终端通过对多个主叫用户号码进行编辑设置,生成包含多个主叫用户号码的回拨号码列表;
    所述主叫终端在通话开始或结束期间向被叫终端发送包含所述回拨号码列表的SIP信息,使被叫终端收到主叫终端发送的SIP信息后,将通过对所述SIP信息解析获得的多个主叫用户号码保存到被叫终端的存储装置中。
  7. 一种VoLTE通话回呼的实现装置,包括:
    接收模块,配置为收到主叫终端在通话开始或结束期间传送的含有多个主叫用户号码的SIP信息后,对其进行解析;

    回拨单元,配置为在进行VoLTE通话回呼操作时,按照预设的优先权重逐一查询所述回拨号码选取列表中的用户号码,并选择一个最优用户号码进行回呼。
  11. 一种VoLTE通话回呼的实现装置,包括:
    编辑模块,配置为对多个主叫用户号码进行编辑设置,生成包含多个主叫用户号码的回拨号码列表;
    发送模块,配置为在通话开始或结束期间向所述被叫终端发送包含所述回拨号码列表的SIP信息。
  12. 一种终端,包括:权利要求7至10任一项所述的VoLTE通话回呼的实现装置,和/或权利要求11所述的VoLTE通话回呼的实现装置。
  13. 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求1至5任一项所述的方法,和/或权利要求6所述的方法。
